Zanda is right - it's a thrust bearing noise. Cost of parts is about $25 I think.. Labour is about $250 though!

Add me to the list of happy ross @ autoclutch customers. I went the 9 puck ceramic plate with 2500lb pressure plate. A little harder to push down and a bit different to get used to but once you do you'll love it. I've got approx 260rwhp and it copes with it fine. It's lasted 2 drift days - kicking the clutch in second at 5000rpm, shown in avitar - and didn't miss a beat. No shudder or light pedal feel afterwards.

I bought a HKS item a while ago - it's adjusted to 2 deg (I think) and proved itself by changing the driveability of the car, bringing on the boost a bit harder and earlier than before.. A gear is just a gear - as long as it has a reliable connection to the shaft and reliable locking once adjusted - I'd say wait and go the US ones for the $$. My 2 cents.. -

I'll be along.. Me moving house on Sat too so will more than likely be Sunday. Paul - got any idea of the timing of cars on the dyno? Or are they sorting the order out on the day?
