My list of parts: Stock BOV, crossover pipe, dump pipe and boost controller. Will probably soon have a stock intercooler and piping. Alex has a set of stock coilovers and rear spoiler that I'm sure he'd be interested in parting with as well. Whats the timeframe for these you think paul? -
rob - i got my best results with a 3000rpm launch - but it did bog down a bit.. hmm me confused.. the car sounds like it should do alot better.. do you need to work on your gear changes? hows the 1st-2nd change? you can loose quite a bit of momentum if that change isn't quick...

bummer rob... what do you think was happening? were you loosing a heap of traction at the start or bogging down? what lauch revs were you using?

had a problem with my vl ages ago - but mine was jammed and the fan was running all the time - fun at 5000rpm.. a new one can be had fairly cheaply i thought?

if the clutch holds as much power as it's suposed to - bout 450-500hp - then i don't think i'll be changing it in a hurry...

checkya paul... bambam - clutch was 840 total... 530 for the clutch and rebuilt plate.. 250 labour to install...

later micko... paul - the friction point is quite low - but it's not much to get used to.. pretty easy i thought.. bambam - haltech? is there anyone in perth who knows how to sort those things?
