ken - hmmm everything you say sounds right.. but it still seemed to make a difference... maybe it is all in my head... but as you said - they look cool.. hehehe paul - springs will be on the cards definitely.. was talking to no_respect tonight when i picked up the brace - his is about the right height (only about an inch lower than mine) and he said that he still retained a firm but comfy ride... he also said they're pretty damn easy to fit?

paul - droping it off at autoclutch tomorrow arvo.. picking it up wed arvo.. can't wait... will have to go for a loooong drive wed night to wear it in...

paul - yup.. got one tonight.. bolted it on - fairly firm - made a huge difference to how sharp it steered.. tamed the body roll a bit, but finding the understeer point and controlling it feels heaps easier now.. was throwing it around like nobody's business!!

hehe - yup niz... and they make a massive difference.. well to my boat-like handling anyways!

i'm going to organise the clutch for tues/wed this week.. i spoke with ross @ autoclutch and he said that he has a plate in stock, rebuilding the pressure plate shouldn't take long and the whole process will take a full day.. thanks for the offer of a clutch to rebuild but i don't think i'll need it..

paul - u assume i pay enuff attention to ur posts to read all of it.. hehehe...

rob - i had a heap in my pipes and cooler - but i think it's never been cleaned out....

paul - hopefully the stock cooler will keep me going on cold nights at 0.9 bar.. uk? how long for? new oil makes the car drive better? man - how long was the old oil in there for?!?! what did u use? i used castrol R and found it to be good.. am trying mobil 1 but don't think it's as good.. next time will be back to castrol r me thinks..

paul - yea well hopefully we can hassle bambam some and get a line of trade going.. and what do you mean soon i'll be a rice boy? i've always been a rice boy!! but i'm one who can't handle excels and lancers.. rob - i cleaned out my intercooler today with a degreaser bath (helps that dad has a decked out workshop) and you should have seen the amount of oil/crap that came out!! took 5 washes to get it clean!

The shifter with the light looks hot.. it's the apexi blue colour - not too gawdy... prob was the crappy grub screws and wires didn't stand up to much use at all.. requires modification which is going to happen this week..

rob - got a cusco one.. the only reason i went for that one was that i found it way cheap on my last trip to kl...
