  1. CRD JEM (good at haltech) Unigroup thats in my personal order of preference...but all those 3 are good.
  2. yeah...warm up enrichment issue perhaps.
  3. i have 2nd hand HKS pistons to make the full kit if anyone is interested.
  4. im hurt ash...drove around with you all night that was sans blowjob.
  5. Speak to your tuner as a good product that they are unfamiliar with may have less than optimal results
  6. no and no...i cannot call international on work phone...typing this while driving over Brisbane's iconic Story Bridge.
  7. the remote tune is not for my car...but its a GTR 34 making 938hp on E85...can i chat to you somehow off here about it
  8. hey mate...just finished my breakfast stubbie (woke up, walked straight to the fridge and cracked a cold one with sleep still caked in the corners of my eyes)...got to go to my mate in Brisbane's house to instal 2 x Mitsubishi split system air con's...bbq lunch...then off to Taneh Merah (sp*) for an arvo swim and more beer's...off to workshop to prep the car for racing tomm. and bbq dinner with a good dose of anti-lag fireworks to finish off with. Can you do a remote tune ?
  9. totally incorrect...my drag gtr has a sensor with a red line through it and hooks up very hard (1.36 60footers). If i switch the fronts off it smokes the tyres for about 120feet.
  10. lookin good fatman...i think i may know the bloke who gave you the head job.
  11. For a stock gearbox use Castrol VMX 80...transfer case use Castrol Tranzmax z
  12. engine stuff sold to me pending payment...thanks tim
  13. ill not ever be running NOS in this car...as the Ignition DVD states "there's no need" our goal is well within reach without it. the cylinder pressures when running NOS on a high boost high rpm set-up hurt parts very easily. it was installed a few years ago when i believed it was a necessity...nearly all the big drag GTR's don't use it and the power delivery is a bit too hit and miss for bracket racing unless its properly set-up.
  14. yesterday we did a comparison dyno test with a car tuned on Roo16 and E85 of course the tune had to be changed to give the same afr's, but was running the same boost and timing....no difference!! you would swear it was a back to back run without changing anything...no wonder the mega dollar per litre race fuel manufacturers are in a panic. You can achieve the same power output and curve using a fuel $11 per litre cheaper.
  15. Nitto makes them http://www.nitto.com.au/products/timingbel...ry=cylinderhead
  16. here ya go...not much to see though. The white cable is the signal feed from the load sensors to the interface box (silver box with led's on side of console) the red button and black cable is to activate the anti-lag prior to launch. The shifter itself is custom made from 4340 billett and has 4 load sensors bonded to read in 4 different directions of movement. The sensors are then covered in epoxy and heat shink sleeve applied (black area under the gearknob) for durability.
  17. Nissan Navara jobbie for me...has anti-lag button retro fitted...nice. my Navara work ute was sent back with the Razo item that came with the GTR when we bought it. keen eyes will note the billet 4340 gear lever...the white cable is the feed from the load sensors to the silver control box mounted on the side of the console.
  18. shifter programmed and tested...incredible. wastegate adjusted and anti-lag tested...back where it should be. time to hit the track!
  19. eh bro!
  20. $170 each
  21. from what ive been told methanol and electric driven fuel pumps are a no-no.
  22. Here's me wondering why at the last event my entry had a big red stamp on it that said "TO BE AUDITED"...went over my car with a fine tooth comb looking for faults and non compliance on safety gear. Then after the 1st run i was instructed to go straight to scruiteneering before returning to the pit bay...why?...fuel testing!! My car is fully compliant as well as my race suit, harness, helmet etc...so they had nothing...hehe
  23. try driving it for a while...then come and look tomm. it will be ok then.
