  6. Yeah Jim had the tune really rich and a lot of unburnt fuel ended up out the exhaust pipe. A few "show" cars copped a bit of it...lol 350awkw @ 10psi on Saturday wasn't too shabby considering how rich it was.
  7. you can use a GTR one...simply use GTR injectors (straight fit) resistor block and bridge the afm inputs together...easy.
  8. hahaha yes it must have been well hidden...all i could see was a vortech supercharger.
  9. Hey Sam...should have seen the looks on their faces when i drove it out the door up the road and home. no trailer queen here.
  10. remove the plug from it...its next to the diff on the drivers side from memory. since i removed all the HICAS gear from mine ive never heard that noise again...so yes its the HICAS...its like a groaning noise hey? it may not be a pump but a pair of solinoids pulsing.
  11. done...actually making them up now.
  12. sounds like the HICAS rear equalisation pump...evenly distributes the fluid pressure in the rear rack on shutdown.

  19. T04Z's are a great turbo aren't they...i was almost going to go that route with ours. The torque curve on that graph is testament to their ability. But getting a little common now and we wanted to think outside the square as per usual. When i say "big single" im more refering to the T88, T51R, GT42 and GT45 brigade. The T04Z is more of a mid-range all rounder, and allows the owner a bit more flexibility with the usage of the car, street, circuit, drag etc. They also had the added feature of easily altering the rear housing to suit each application which is another plus for them.
  20. awesome work...but to be fair...i was just giving steve a little niggle wait till mines tuned and running some decent boost and then ill go the dyno "pepsi challenge" with ya. what is your set-up? main point that was being made in the 1st post was that so many people think to make this sort of power, a big single turbo is the answer...and its just not so. Even low-mount twins can deliver if set-up correctly.
  21. GT-RS and Croydon crew
