    for awesome response down low....it would be an animal...not doubting that for one second....but as soon as he told me it made 1200hp i wasnt as impressed. doodz- we lost power on sunday....the drag rubber simply does not cut it on the dyno when you only have 14psi of air in them...ahh well ya live and learn

    its only a rumour...with only 700cc injectors...i dont think so...we suggested he put it on the dyno....he declined....lol

    yeah, late Saturday afternoon had to go to Croydon to get the other two drag tyres to try on the dyno....an experiment that failed due to lack of tyre pressure.

    They are fun if you have a nice linear progressive power curve....tail out power sliding fun. Not if you have an on-off switch thats all or nothing.

    I do now...my vote for best Nissan...or "neat nissan" as they name the catergory. Micheal is the owner (i think...met a lot of ppl) and it features a subtle flare around the rear wheel arches, with a bit of tiding up in the interior it would be flawless.

    TO4GTR, to answer your question.........I spent over $6000 in safety gear to comply a car and driver, that due to the fact i live 3.5hrs from the track and cannot attend street meets, can hardly test for racing without spending $550 a day. So i have to turn up to championship events with an untried and untested combo. How good have the QLD'ers got it over us now.

    Yep, just waiting till the 17th Dec event at WSID. Unfortunately we find it too difficult to attend the Wed nite street meets. Can regular Wed nite Street meet participants please tell me what the average number of runs per nite you can get??

    It does suck, especially when you are staged in a semi final of a championship round and you fail to realise you neglected to switch the fronts on after a burnout, launching the thing of the limiter. What are you doing asking me a question anyway...i dont like you...do you not get it??

    Stace had never even seen a race track in real life before her first race.....reeled off a 12.4 on her first ever run. C'mon girls you dont know how good you really are till you give it a shot.....BTW practicing on the street will KILL YOU!! Unfortunately i know from experience...dont do it please. See you at WSID.

    Thanks Dave, went there to use the car to premote the Sport Compact Drag Series. Came away with some nice trophys and a headache from the "doof" all weekend.

    yes....correct, forgot that the tyres only had 14psi in them. Cold tore rubber off them in big chunks......big mistake.....ahh well never mind.

    new rubber tommorrow (a "bit" of wheelspin on the Federals) will hopefully have a slightly higher figure in all wheel mode...we are going to try to beat our rear wheel record too....mickey thompson drag tyres on a dyno??? well they did call it "Dyno Drags" (where was the second dyno they were spruking about??)

    handed out approx 300 flyers at Autosalon today premoting the event....will hand out the remaining 200 tomm. hopefully we have some competitors/spectators amongst them

    will be on the dyno between 4-5 Sat. all the big cars will run then....we will run in the last 4 cars.

    You must be using an old model...we use the weighbridge at the local tip to find the exact weight.
