I did the RB25DET Conversion and wiring, made the Custom crossmember for the gearbox etc so i can assure you nothing has been skipped. Very good Value for money this car....Hardly driven with the rb25 and an all round package. GL Adrian.

haha that is nothing my friend....some of the machines at work are close to being impossible to get to and there are about 12 of them on one machine and 10 times bigger.

A couple of months back when the police were unnecessarily contacted and informed about a cruise is where it ALLLL started to go down hill. By creating a big saga about all this has pretty much made all this bullshit 10 times worse. How about people stop trying to fix shit that doesn't need fixing. It really wasnt that bad before. I dont know how to put it in words, but the people who think they are doing everyone a f*kn favour need to realise that it's putting all of you on their map. Pretty much coming out and saying, this is who we are, this is what we got, now f**k us up the arse because like tim said, your talking to one officier, not the 50000 other ones. Niel isn't going to walk up to his fellow officiers and say, Cmon guys, give em a break.

I agree whole heartedly that niel has a job to do regardless of any compromising or agreements. He can not bend the rules and regulations just so we can drive around and in theory risking ourselves and other drivers on the road with our illegally modified vehicles. Regulations are there for everyone's safetly and must be adheared to (stuck on repeat i know). People must realise that he has to answer to a superior officier who probably doesn't give two hoots about what you want so dont be dissapointed if nothing comes of this. But i give you credit for trying. All the best.

Unplug your crank angle sensor mate and crank it with the key, it will crank over but not fire, hopefully building some oil pressure....it probably wont build enough to read anything on the guage however...alot of people do this when a motor has been rebuilt and they need some sort of oil flowing through so they know the oil pump is primed.

As long as they have a quota and knowledge of where to feed it, it will always happen. If it makes his job a bit easier pulling over cars with obvious modifications then i'd be the same. hehe

yea and we got one person to thank for it. Niel is only doing his job....if you have a defectable car then you run the risk of being picked up....it's simple....we have regulations there for a reason and if your car isn't within those regs then pay the price to get it fixed.

unless the little tensioner pulley bearings are siezed.

That tension pulley has a cover (where that nut is) over it which does not spin when the motor is running, behind that cover it will be spinning. The front of the Air cond pulley wont spin if the air con is off...If there is something wrong with your aircon the solinoid for that pulley wont click and turn it on even if you turn the aircon on.

My mates celsior was on bags and had very simular handling to that of a 12ft dingy in 2m swells.

250 is good power man, settle for that...it will stay very reliable too.
