Are the HR TEINS that bad?

tein HR Coilovers. It's a firm ride...which I quite like. Doesn't scrape on anything. Can be dangerous in the hills on bumpy roads... Never had it on a track to find out what it's really like but I have confidence in it on the street.

I have a few things I need resprayed including a gtr spoiler and a boot lid and various other work related things in the future and was wondering if anyone knew a good place around adelaide. I don't mind paying top dollar. Just want a faultless job.
