  1. Taste people taste. Dont let me get into it again. there are some absolute shocker examples of 32, 33, 34. It's all about taste.
  2. Thanks SHYGRL. Good shot!
  3. It's not about inadequacy, It's about taste. Most of the 34's ive seen around are fuucken shit. No taste what so ever.
  4. As above External wastegate in good condish turbosmart Tial etc.. In Adelaide Ryan 0405322061 Thanks
  5. hehe no problem pete, everyone seemed to be all occupied talking about all sorts of things...have a good chat next time mate. Thanks charmaine for the pics.
  6. hideous! hope its not a GTR that has been butchered.
  7. anyone get any pics of my pos?
  8. Good for the drive and to see some nice cars
  9. yea, just pm me champ.
  10. muirsky, piss weak. Get a Power fc. You dont have to rev the feck outta it to get flames. Flames
  11. meh, for what its worth, dont be a tight arse and use genuine shit, It's made for it. It may be all the same dimentions, length and teeth amount etc, but material quality is another whole ball game. Just my opinion.
  12. +1 I only ever use genuine parts. Well unless the price is ridiculous. Nissan parts were made for Nissans and i figure the amount of time and money they would invest on engineering and R&D in comparison to some much smaller company on a budget tells me something.
  13. Thanks scandyflick Hey Ryan&sez, By all means choose who you feel comfortable working on your car, however, if your not happy with the price you have to pay for a 3 hour job on your car then i'll do it I've done about 10 or so for forum members and try to keep it fair for both you and I. I use all Genuine parts (your choice obviously) I've seen some water pump's leak at 40,000km and some water pumps that will never leak so it's not a good indication of when to change it. Because if your going to change the water pump you might as well do your timing belt aswell. Oil (your choice) Oil Filter (genuine) Timing Belt (genuine) Water Pump (genuine pumps are expensive and generic one's are pretty good at half the price) Coolant (genuine) Tentioner and pulley (usually dont show any wear at all and are fair expensive to change every 100 thou) Drive belts ( powersteer, air con, alternator) PM me for more info on prices etc.
  14. They have all the basic sorta principle, all have the same features you need to change, only thing is yours is a bit fancier than the rest and may have some other safety features.
  15. And to think ive been a sucker this whole time...
  16. The solinoids were taken out before i had it. f**k knows why he painted the engine purple.
  17. mate, dont even try...they are very confusing and dangerous to your car if you dont know what your doing and without a dyno. Take it to my mate at Aussie dyno and well set it up..I've set up a couple and they are fairly hard to get spot on...It's not just a matter of punchin in 10psi and hoping for the best.
  18. Thanks Adrian, no probs at all.
  19. muirsky, my messanger isn't letting me reply. Didn't get your pm till just then, timing belt next week coz i can't get parts for tomorrow mate, was at adrian's all day today. Next sat good for you? and how did you make that animated GIF file of your car?
  20. after 4k the boost sky rockets but thats when i back off, yet to see what it does after that. yea but at the end of the day, It's all about experimenting....gimme a break...i just spend 2k on this turbo, gotta stay positive hehe. I'm not doin it to beat anyone else...doin if for my own thrills. It's fairly laggy i know but off boost it drives great and doesn't break traction which is what i was after.
  21. FIXED i wouldn't go any lower than 0.7mm, No need to and it effects your idle. Will bounce and pop at idle if any smaller.
  22. i find this topic interesting.... Just incase anyone cares... my gt35 with .63 rear isn't as laggy as you'd originally expect. 3000rpm = 0.56bar 8psi 3500rpm = 0.82bar 12psi 4000rpm = 1.04bar 15psi Once external gate is fitted should be fairly good. Just hoping the .63 rear doesn't choke up the gt35 housing too much in the top end. For the conservative boost ill be using it shouldn't.
  23. Once again pete, that is one magnificent bike.
  24. Thanks mate same to you
  25. hahaha
