i went for a hills run last night in the 31 with the roads very slippery.....was much fun. Had to bed in the bottom end bearings so yea..took it for a strap.

FINALLY started the 31 tonight! Bit of lifter noise at the start but it settled down to a purrr.....fresh with a manual conversion and new big end bearings. Time to thrash!

thanks mate didn't you mention something about white smoke a few days ago, also HOW laggy? shouldn't be laggy at all with a highflow. haven't been reading any of my posts? I went and compared jeff from THE SPEED LAB and a Tune by Martin Donnon (willall racing) and there was a noticable difference and i highly reccommend. No website, Look below for their number.

When i had the corolla id leave the 33 there for a week or two then jump in it and it would remind me why i still got it, felt f*kn amazing in comparison to the corolla haha.

every car feels like a commodore if the setup is wrong.... my 33 has HR tien coilovers, decent tread on 18's and gay strut braces and already has amazing turn in, and yes ive driven all sorts of cars to compare...Very happy the way the thing handles. Flat as and turn in like a mofo. Let the talking happen in the hills.

bottom end bearings replaced in the rb30, not really that bad. just gotta wack it all back in now with manual box.

i had one of those drift lips all painted and ready to go on, was so amped to put it on, as soon as i trial fitted it i was like NO WAY. You really need a decent kit like whiplash (back in the day) or SECRET 33 gettin around to actually make it look decent in my eyes. But each to their own. I dont actually mind the series 2 spoiler...stock looking and not outrageous.
