seriously dont get a plenum, stock plenums aren't bad at all. Get a bosch 040 pump, ive heard nothing but great feedback about jeff, an rb20 remap will cost next to nothing in comparison to an aftermarket ecu, which isn't totally necessary as a REMAP is probably better anyways. I'd expect once you get a remap and a pump, assuming your motor is healthy id say a ball park figure of 190odd-200 on 1 bar.

Believe it or not the screw are just there to hold the sheet up while the adhesive is setting. Screws by themselves through gyprock do f**k all....gyprock is quite heavy, paper outer layers and gypson inside isn't really strong. If you want to be guaranteed it wont happen again then get it redone with Fibre Cement sheets or blueboard, alot stronger indeed.

judging by the amount of adhesive marks on the shiit that came down, there was fuuk all on there...my experience doing gyprocking for a few months tells me thats half assed. lol

man that made me feel ill. That looks identical to my car lol. id be pissed. make that mother fecker pay. stud adhesive should be used on 90 percent of the perlins for a ceiling.
