In my dreams... YES!. Otherwise, not really.
I been researching this for some time (leaning more to the 260z but might go a 280zx). And basically the only place I've found that has anything is Castlemaine Rod Shop with RB30 mounts. I'm not quite sure yet, but I think they should fit nicely. I believe they actually only supply the front mounts and you need to get the rear mount fabricated.
I've currently got them confirming all of this, but hopefully using these actually allows you to retain the original Z tailshaft.
One problem you might have is that I have been told the rear mounts are different on the 280zx compared to the 240z/260z. Because most swaps have been in 240/260z's, you might want to check this before following the same path as others.
