engine is built by gas motorsport, same guys that have a 6second 2jz in a drag car, pretty dam impressive. interested to know what an engine like that would cost to build cause we have just spent 30k on a 5lt chev that will dyno just over 600hp. cant imaging a 2jz could be a heap more that that with twice the amount of stick

hey got a q for the drift cops amoung us, got my car pretty well set up now suspension wise now. wondering how vital a hicas lock bar is on an r33 to have a decent crack at a drift practice day. Also will a lock bar make car perform better, worse or just different at track days? cheers biatches! bretto

my old mans mate use to spice up the wrx'x in the mid 90's for the cops, just zorst, firmer suspension set up and blacking out the windows. some useless info for yall! brett

hey mate, yeah just pull your back seat out, unplug speakers and rip out parcel shelf. you will see rubber covers on top of standard tops, pull em off and you will see everything you need to get em out (2 nuts). dont do it on a hot day in the sun like i did though, turn yourself into a sweat machine! hope that helps dude. brett

i thought it was a good day apart from bein chilly! well set up and that expression session was nuts! the 3 up drift was sick too. was good to see organisers running something different to the normal 2 up finals! skankfest and funny hair and pink v necks were out in full force which sucked arse! pink 33 not my cup of tea at all but i can definetly appriciate the work gone into it, congrats on winnin. overall the group that i was with thourerly enjoyed the day, shame to hear others didnt so much! cheers brett

winton fun days are just show up, pay and get scruteneered and away ya go. They getting pretty busy though so you really need to watch your mirrors and be carefull of dickheads that have no idea. as for the noise, trust me. DONT WORRY. there have been a number of days i went to a around 18 months ago that ex v8 supercars (ea falcon) have been out testing along with hq race cars, open wheeler formula fords and a gt3 (once)! trust me, no skyline is as loud as them. if you havent been to a track day i highly reccomend it, unbelieveable fun the first time you head out and think...... holy crap...... im on a race track! if you are planning on having a bit of a dip make sure your brake pads are healthy. also reccomended that you give car a service afterwards if going hard. fuel is available at the track but is expensive, 100 octane is on pump too! hope the info is helpfull enjoy brett!

i got a set of ohlins in my car that use the same principle, spring compressor pushes spring together, pull out sirclip and adjust height then drop spring back down. these look to use the same form of height adjustment! brett

i can agree with that. its nice to get out there and have a fast run through the twists but there is no point gettin up behind someone pushing them to the point that they endanger themselves and others on the road. not everyones cars are set up as well as other too! once again great day had my.... most lol. soz, forgot to blank out plates in the few pics i put up too! brett
