interesting... u mind if i ask like wat?

ey all, just thought all of you out there with darker coloured cars might be interested. tryed the new tech wax today on my black 33 that i recently had cut n polished (swirl marks). this wax took all the swirl marks outta my car n gave it a darker, deeper appearance! much reccomended! has anyone else used it and if so wat did you think? brett

hey mate. first of all if you look at the smaller vaccume line running to your stock bov, that is the 1 to connect to the blitz. As 4 the plumb back piping, however you want to block it off really, i just cut the plumb back softer pipe down and put a plug in the end with a clamp holding it in and another clamp holding it to the solid piping! As far as i know the stock valve will have to be removed and a plate made up out of 3mm steel, then cut a gasket so no vaccume leaks occor! hope this helps ya out! Brett

i have constant access to avgas due to being involved in racing boats. wondering if anyone knows if i can use 5lts or so in every tank as an octane booster? car is a 33 with minor mods, cat back 3.5, hks pod, blitz bov and running 10psi also.... would i do any damage to my car running it on straight av for events like nats and track days? heard it can burn out cats or o2 sencors or sumthin! cheers! hey, i asked this question in another thread but didnt get an answer so just thought id start a post n ask. got an r33, minor mods include hks pod with heat sheild, fujitsubo 3.5 cat back, blitz bov. i want to install a turbotech boost tee and bump it up to aroung 10 psi. been told i need a fuel cut defender but the car will misfire at about 5000rpm and want to know how i stop this? also is there anything else i need to do to safely bump it up?? thanks heaps Brett

ok cheers! so if i get a fuel cut defender to stop the fuel cut out what is the best way to stop the misfire? and is there anything else i need to do? i only wanna bump it up to about 10-11psi at the moment. ta guys

hey there! yeah your clutch plates will have worn down so.... new clutch time 4 u! There are heaps of different options, you can "rebuild" the clutch in your car but usually end up being more expensive than buying a heavy duty clutch kit. I just got a heavy duty clutch kit for my 33 from Just Jap. Kit was about $370 + installation and i am wrapped with it. hope this helps you out! Brett

hey just wondering wat a safe boost level to run on a man r33 ser1. only mods are a hks pod, blitz bov and 3.5 cat bak fujitsubo exahuast but NO FMIC at this satge. going to use one of those turbotech boost taps. cheers for the help!! Brett

hey mate just a quick question, would you reccomend pulling front bumper off an r33 at winton for a first time drifter? done a few track days out there and can see my bumper gettin totaled! cheers

on a 33 gtst running 200rwkw installing a screamer pipe lost 5kw at the back wheels! they sound mad but will slow your car down. They are also illeagle in vic on street cars and the cops are getting more and more cluey about em, to the point they will take digital photos of your exahuast system if they are unsure. I have seen a few for sale on ebay and also in the 4 sale forum in this site! all the best

i bought a clean 33 from em, lot of their cars are crap but i reakon if u find a clean one they are ok, just talk to the mechanic instead of the salesman bout the car. good prices on back up service i found too, ie major service ect.

should be able to get pics of em lit up on ebay but they dont do em any justice, they look sick n yeah they cum with a little controller that you can flick from blue 2 green and ajust the brightness. a mate said they look the same as the dash in soarers, havent seen 1 but... let me know if ya cant find pics n ill email some of mine 2 ya!

HAHAHA yeeah good call, they had some dodgy cars there but i was after a stock 33 and found n bought a nice 1 from em. apparently the mechanic there is pretty good tho

hey mate jump on ebay and look for the dials, i got some "EL" ones for my 33 couple of months back and fu*ken love em! mine were bout $130 delivered. well worth spendin the extra $40 odd bucks to get el dials tho, look insane at night! all the best

hey all! just wondering what sort of price is resonable for a melb based workshop to do timing belt and water pump? done the rest of it myself! Bought my car from SEI in dandenong and they have givin me a price of $500 to do it but have been hearing some, umm...alarming storys about the place although when buying my car (r33 gtst) i was totally happy with them! aaany helps appriciated! cheers

does the little sticker on timing belt cover saying 100,000km and a bit of jap writing mean belt has been changed or needs to be changed? bought my car straight from japan so not 2 sure! cheers

i got quoted 10g drive in-drive out to fit a 26dett into my 33 gtst. place called high end racing in sunshine, melb. great bunch of guys if you are in vic.
