  1. turbodragon - that is perfection right there.. so clean
  2. More recent pic of mine with tint and opened up front bar... need clear/smoked side indicators & better rims
  3. Pretty sure I've sorted it by resealing the half-moons and just for good measure I put silicon around those welsh plugs as well haha.. will see how it goes but after a few drives there's no traces of oil anywhere yet!
  4. Yeah just found another thread referencing that "you will have an oil leak at the back of your head that will be either engine out or drill a bighole in the firewall to fix" by Duncan.. damnit
  5. Thanks mate that answers my question Will reseal and keep an eye on it.. Cheers
  6. Actually I think it is coming from one of the half moons.. will re-seal and see how it goes. My question still remains though on if those other bits can leak thanks!
  7. Hey all, I've had a persistent oil leak coming from the rear of my RB25DET. I've replaced both of the camshaft rubber half-moons and sealed with silicon and there is no oil coming from those grommets or the cam covers. If I run my hand lower down the head I can feel wet oil from this area (see pic) - my question is it even possible for this metal plug thing to leak? There is no mention of this thing in the service manuals - are they welded in? I suppose I can try silicon around them to see if that helps.. Any advice appreciated.. hoping its not a head off job.. :| Thanks all! Couldnt find a pic of the back of an RB25 so here is a front pic - same circle things
  8. 310rwhp @ hubs, 1.3bar Something not right with my setup, not making as much as it should.. I've since changed the restrictive Blitz Nur exhaust over with a straight through 3" system so hopefully could make a bit more.. yet to re-dyno Stock RB25DET HKS GT2540 HKS split dump pipe 3" front pipe 3" Catco high flow cat 3" Cat back Apexi Power FC Apexi pod filter JDM S15 480cc injectors Adjustable Fuel Press Reg. 13. I hate mine to be honest.. Since this photo I've restored the headlights to crystal clear condition, but the S1 front is still ugly The Weds wheels are weak offset and poo looking, needs the duck wing, and clear side indicators.. sigh Still massive fun to drive though
  14. I have pretty much the same problem sometimes.. turn car off, turn it back on and no power steering. Checked all connections and fuses and they seem all good. So I replaced the HICAS ECU in the boot 3 days ago and it hasn't done it since... but probably a bit too early to tell yet.
