hanging for this hope they dont let us down again, apparently the graphics engine has been through 3 or 4 changes, it was originally the doom3 engine i think then got modded to the havok farcry engine then patched to halflife 2 then scrapped all together and remade by a totally different developer i think duke has become a prosti lol been around alot in 10 yrs

ok the bus works as a multiple of the system frequency, late model intel chips have fun a quad pumped bus (4x) the frequency so 800mhz bus is 4x 200mhz fsb so a 1066mhz is 266mhz quadpumped and 1333mhz is 333mhz quadpumped, the 1333mhz bus will have benefits in some situations but the chip only having 2 cores will lag behind the quad in more multithreading applications. That being said if its only gonna be a gaming machine the dual core with a decent vid card and 2gig ram will put a nice big smile on your face and save a little cash in your wallet

chasing a series 1 r33 air con compressor mines cactus it seems so need a replacement

for the coolant get a good quality concentrate coolant basically a 4 or 5 litre fill the overflow bottle first to just under the max mark and use the rest in the rad then top rad up with water should do u well

it is a very common problem and ms make out its a problem with heat.... thats not entirely accurate the main problem is the bga grid array they have moved to for the chips and this error is only on the video chipset it was also a common problem in the macs when they moved to this arrangement. ive fixed a few of these errors successfully to date with a few little tricks not sure how permanant it is but i have done over 5 consoles the same way and all still work today i guess they have updated the heatsink clamp to do this exact thing but still is only a bandaid fix problem is just a heatsink clamp wont apply enough pressure to help rectify the problem

any extra info on the ram could offer 60 with post to newy if you want iti gone
