  1. Come get some real pics done Linton! Nice shoes.
  2. Neither have I or GoldZilla - we're both Volvo drivers.
  3. For the most part it would, problem is it's still classed as a public road and there's nearly always boaties down there launching boats off trailers, i'll have a chat to a mate of mine who works for the RTA and see how we can go about it. The only pictures i've got are ones i've taken of cars down at the site so bear with me on this one... (my runaround) I can go out and take pictures early next week for a better idea of scale.
  4. Rathmines Airbase - 5mins from my house. You can see it on Google Earth!
  5. Backgrounds. pfft. Srsly... White cars go well with water. White cars go well with dark sunglasses. Colour contrast is everything. Alternatively you can get a car that is a similar colour to the environment to work with the location - usually helps if the car is a slightly darker tone to the location but this only works in daylight. If all else fails: Find a big open space and use the sky.
  6. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=aZhatY8gD9I 2:10 onwards should give you a pretty good idea. It's wide enough to fit 2 cars down it - I should know, ran the Subaru down it after filming wrapped up.
  7. Yeah, that'll be your ECU pulling all the timing out. (Rich/Retard) Greddy eManage should fix that problem. Blue or Ultimate comes down to your budget too.
  8. Pointed out an M35 yesterday afternoon on King Georges Road to the g/f and I don't think I need to post here what she said.
  9. Blue R34 GTR in Fennell Bay parked on the side of the road just up from the lights a few hours ago.
  10. This forum is your oyster - the for sale section to be more specific.
  11. For example if you put an EF-S lens on a full frame Canon DSLR (1Ds, 5D, etc) the mirror catches on the back of the lens.
  12. There's no shame in buying 2nd hand. The white bike in my post is 2nd hand.
  13. The Stag used to run on Royal Purple 10-40w, Dahtone Racing did the job for me. Sensible pricing.
  14. 2 more of Mr Bakelsworth's car.
  15. +2 What lens?
  16. Pics of the microwave please.
  17. This one is going to be lighter than the last one. This one is currently 16-17kg, the last one was 19kg.
  18. I just bought a new toy... $800 2nd hand off Farkin.net.
  19. My new toy... Introducing... The White Knight.
  20. I don't like how you've cut her off at the ankles in the first shot but your cropping in the 2nd one is spot on.
  21. Tools, GPS, SatPhone, Non-perishable food (snacks), LOTS of music, Camera.....yeah.
  22. Yeah was a nice clean R32 that one. (I was admiring the car - Blondie here was stalking the owner )
  23. Yeah mine used to get all kinds of stares, pointers and curious Georges at the servo, busy servos used to be an absolute hoot because everyone would stare as it came in. The attendants were no better either. Most of them didn't ask if it was a Volvo they either looked at it and said "awesome car mate" or "what is it?" Dad used to bait his mates into thinking it was a Volvo too.
