  3. Dan: What mode are you running the camera on? Auto? If yes then try running the camera on P mode and it should give you greater control over the ISO, the picture below will show you how to change it. meanwhile: How many times can you see me?
  4. Have you wrapped your coils with duct tape? Apparently this does do something - it got rid of the mis-firing on my Stag.
  5. Yeah I got them all in, it's not difficult.
  6. Right, first batch of CD's went out today. Early Christmas pressies for those fellas.
  7. Who the f*ck were they??? Annoying little cock teasers!
  8. Ladies pics here The first batch of CD's are getting mailed out this Monday - i'm hoping they'll get to their respective receivers on the Wednesday. Samples: Car pictures to follow.
  9. Epic Phail.
  10. Happy Birthday dear sir!
  11. I managed to do mine with one car ramp - drove the car up on the front passenger side wheel, chocked up the rears and worked from there. Safer than using a jack with stands. Bellmouth dumps are a snore to install, just make sure you've got plenty of arm stamina, a good ratchet set, grease, WD40 and good eyesight for lining everything up. When I was mating the dump to the cat I used bricks to take the weight of the cat-back section.
  12. One last thing: Can all entrants and helpers please PM me a postal address so I can mail out CD's with full-res photos free of charge.
  13. I'll post up more as I upload them Thanks to everyone who took part, entered cars and generally aided the cause. We wouldn't have won the awards we did without the assistance. I had a field day just as much as everyone else and i'll gladly come back to help on the stand in June. Marijan - mate, your R32 is a testament to hard work paying off and I was constantly awed every time I looked at it. Thank you for coming out and offering your support. Bakes - Awesome car mate, it's one of those 34's that can only be fully appreciated in the steel rather than pictures which makes me think i've got a hard task at hand when we go to shoot it early next year. Charlie - The gentleman's gentleman, shotgun extraordinaire and Kebab connoisseur ("You order it then turn away while he makes it, grab it, eat it and don't worry about what's in it.") . Awesome car with a wicked growl and always willing to throw in a set of hands where they were needed. You couldn't be any better at playing a team sport. Zilch - You bring the car and the girl and i'll bring the camera. hehehe, Smooth car with power (Dyno wasn't playing ball but who cares), Props for coming out to play and burning the candle at both ends for us. Doofy - My partner in crime, I think the weekend owes a lot to you for putting it together and running it to such a standard. So much mischief and so much fun at the same time. We'll own the show one day....one day soon. Thanks for the weekend mate. Stop by here if you're up this way sometime for a beer. Carl - If you're reading this you've made it onto SAU and we thank you for entering with us and you are more than welcome to enter with us anytime in future. In the meantime, hope the V35 sells for the right price, because whoever buys it will own one of the finest V35's in Australia. Jay - Audio/visual junky, Props for the lights, sounds and electrical gear. I think you should've been up there on stage instead of me. Thank you once again and pass my regards onto Borjo for his assistance with the weekend. Dave - The Nur is such a thing of beauty and just sitting in it was a privilege for me. Good dyno result for such a car. I think Doof didn't want to get out of it after driving it either! lol. Many thanks for filling the empty space and props for the Pizza on Sunday night. I think that's everyone. I'll post links to the galleries soon for the other 'mortals' in the show.

  20. 700 photos here to sift through, I shit you not. Just finished dumping them to the XHD, i'll start editing tomorrow. I'll post a link to the gallery soon. What a weekend! i'll write a full blurb when i'm not half asleep.
  21. Mmmmm this is bad, the Bombodore keeps popping fuses in the wiper circuit which makes me very scared of encountering rain.
  22. Bakes there will be a few 'spare hands' around when were setting up so if you see myself or someone else standing around just ask.
  23. The words 'Photography' and 'cheap' shouldn't be used in the same sentence at this point in time due to the world financial crisis. Meanwhile: Mucking around at a mates work last week:
  24. Hoodies only stop light from crossing the lens, they don't prevent barrel distortion.
