Spotted TravisR32 outside work today, I was out the front having a dart and gave the finger point. -
You'd damage the sensor in the camera if you did 640mins straight off the bat. CMOS sensors generate heat when they're exposed for long periods of time: side effects are 'dead' or 'hot' pixels on the sensor which can't be fixed unless you replace the sensor.

I think some photo labs offer an album building service but this would be a specialist lab not Kmart or Big Dub. Failing that, have a hunt around for a Graphic Design studio and find out if they can do something for you.
