Something else to think about
Boat ramp locations are very 1991 and you're shooting a car built in 1999, try and find a location that complements the age of the car - for example try and find a modern industrial complex or something that's only recently been built. Even underground car parks late at night are a winner provided the place doesn't look like it was built back in the stone age. Take your tripod if you're going to be shooting underground, the light levels won't be enough to shoot free hand.

As you can see the cars match the location in a few ways ranging from colour, vehicle age and so on.
