getting out of your car when you have been pulled over by police can be construed as aggression on your part .by law you are supposed to remain behind wheel of your car. Also cops do NOT have to have a reason to search these days.

Probably find it is just a stock nissan ecu chipped by IMPUL... ie: not tunable be re chipable just get someone to rechip it dr drift nistune etc
