    check out http://www.www.imports101.com.au they are a local company that imports and complies skylines and usually have a good selection of cars in japan to choose from or you tell them exactly what you are looking for and they will do their best to find it i would hazzard a guess at the speedo being wound back so that speedo reading wont be truly accurate

    the security cameras that are in the tunnel already catch speeders all dependsif the guys watching can be bothered making a call to cops about it but from the roumers i have heard i wont be speeding in the tunnel from now on after last weekends both ways shutdown of the polly pipe
