i have had my 32 gtr since january ( i got it imported ) and am yet to spend a cent on it except for a normal service which costs bugger all more than servicing a commonwhore or falcadore the only other thing i have spent money on was a stereo and speakers so not all of them need money spent on them all the time

i get around 450 a tank in my gtr .. Tom yes a gtr tank is 72 litres but there is asort of air pocket in them the most u would ever be able to put in them is about 65 litres i can only fit 63 litres in mine if the low fuel light is on most weeks i use around 80 bux for fuel (over 10000 k's since i gotthe car in January)

Damage control in maddington for panel repair work are about the best i have heard of for skylines and Top Racing in bentley for mechanical side of things theyare both in phone book ( steve at top racing is a gtr guru)

my gtr is driven every day of the year if i dont take it to work my partner takes it to tafe we do aprox 600 k a week in it and driven normally it gives us about 450 k's for 62 litres of fuel (its cheaper to run around in the the commonwhore i used to own and is cheaper to run than our lite-ace 1.3 litre 8 seater wagon). i cant see the point of having a great car and hiding it away from everyone how can you appreciate something if its hidden away and not driven.

permits to move unlicenced cars a specific you cant just drive it anytime u want to .. its only a permit for moving the car between home to mechanics and pits unless specified other

i think top racing sell apexi pm NIB on these forums he works there and should be able to help you out . and yes go for Apexii have twin apexi pods on my gtr and they are real good (albeit filthy and need replacing) sorry just realised your over east chec through all sau sponser sites that should be able to help you out

also people remember it was Channel 7 that invented /created the lipstick camera/ miniature cameras that are inside most cars in nearly all the major classes of motor sport worldwide (it was developed especialy for the cars racing bathurst so maybe it wont be all bad by going to channel 7. yes channel 10 do a good coverage but only of the main event .Any foreigner here watching it on tv would be sitting back thinking damn thats a long break between races because not even the details or results of other races run on the program get televised so fingers crossed channel 7 can pull something out of their ** and make a decent show of it

daily driven 40 each way to and from work and and any other running we do its nearly always in the line .. why bother having a piece of motoring history to have it hidden away in a garage nearly all the time... its more econimical than my commonwhore was

i got premium badge. same size as genuine. fitted it on this arvo when i received it .and it looks good enough to be genuine

the r 32 gtr was a 6 figure car when released in australia so this one should be a bit bgger with the 6 figures

wellmy full list would be long and varied but ill just giveit my main gear grinder DEADBEAT DADS i am sick to death of dads who after they split with their partner decide that their life is all about having fun and no longer being responsible for the welfare of their children. i am in a relationship with a lady who has 5 children ranging from 15 down to 3 and the father of the children had to be forced into court at the older childrens request just so that they could see him occasionally. All well and good for about 6 months til he gets himself a girlfriend and then one hour b4 he is due to pick them u for his fortnightly weekend with them he emails us saying he is suspending the court orders coz he has family problems and cant have kids anymore. ..also on deadbeat dads.... hate dads who try to get out of the financial responsibilites of raising their kids.. I have 3 kids of my own ranging from 13 to 6 and have no hesitation about paying child support ..i am also supporting my girlfriend and her 5 kids coz her ex thinks that as he cant be bothered seeing his kids he shouldnt have to pay anything for them.. ( he has now been busted by the CSA) asmuch as i hate CSA for the way they have stuffed me around with child support at least in this case they have done some good and have forced him into being financially responsible . /// end rant for now \\\

dude you have had the thread going less than 12 hours people are not just sitting at their comps waiting to post replies as soon as something comes up.. give it a couple days at least ... i am thinking about it but have to sort out money side.. you would not want me to give u an answer of yes and then after you have it all done have me tell you sorry no i cant afford it ... People need time to think when it comes tospending money.. i personallyhave shopped around for a front lip and yours is not very competitively priced considering i can get a full front bar with lip for $490 from a company that was advertising at the autotecknica full body kit was 1150 when i find the pamphlet i will putup the companies name

i just checked through my policy and its agreed value and i can buy back the wreck if its a writeoff not bad for 750 a year comprehensive

usually takes em about a week for welshpool to reply to emails about car mods took 8 days for me to find out about legallity of pod filters through email from them

im now paying 750 a year for my 32 gtr insured with torque for 30 000
