Not really! If he cut in front of the truck whilst pulling up to lights/ stop sign / give way sign etc it will be the GTR's fault Law states you must leave room for trucks to pull up. I know this coz i was cut off a couple months ago in my work truk and insurance and cops deemed it was op fault for not giving room to stop
