-

yeah mate just got some info then, he can paint the front bar + rear skirt for $600 if requested but if you don’t live local to sydney then he recommends getting it done at your local paint shop as the packaging will more than likely damage a freshly painted item - no matter how well its packaged.. so he can do it but he highly recommends getting it locally done if you don’t live in or around Sydney
-
here we go Andrew just sent me this pic
-
latest email from Andrew ( 9:54pm, 17th sept) also currently having chats about a second group buy
-
they can do anything you want ill have a chat to Andrew and let you all know about the next gb
-
im still waiting aswell, i think he posted all the polished ones on friday.. here is the last email i got from him (weds the 11th of sept) so yeah, sorry that it has taken longer than expected guys but it seems like Andrew at AM Performance ran into some troubles wtih the materials etc. they should all be sent and arrive this week ill probably arrange another gb late this month/early next month, but i want to make sure that things will run smoother next time around so there wont be these extended delays we got this time.. yeah mate i still have all your details for the order sorry that you couldnt get in this time around i just want to be clear that i cant extend the group buys or it would just be a never ending thing and no one would ever get anywhere! i mainly do this because i was in a group buy about 2 years ago and it was just extention after extention, it took 6 months to get something that was promised in 1! having a deadline is just fairest i think but there will be another group buy thats for sure, iv had lots of PM's so ill get you in for the second round no worries so sit tight! this week should be the week for the packages to arrive :-) sorry once again to all the buyers for these delays, its been out of my controll but these things happen unfortunantly

that price dosnt include painting, and the bar/skirt is painted when its off the car. if you live outside of sydney or need the bar/skirt posted to you and want CCubed to paint the gear then you would probably need to send somethign like your fuel cap cover for colour matching currently getting prices on paint

there has been a fair bit of interest from some of the members on here after a S2 Dayz front bar and Dayz rear skirt, so Andrew at Custom Carbon Components ( http://www.ccubed.com.au ) has said that he can make a top quality copy of a genuine Dayz front bar and rear skirt! Rough prices are as follows $550 S2 Dayz Front Bar $300 Dayz Rear Skirt basically the prices are higher than your "average" because Custom Carbon Components only offer the best products, best fit, made form superior products and second to none craftsmanship. also because they won’t be charging for tooling as these moulds haven’t been made yet. Yunis has offered up his Dayz bits for this job - legend Andrew needs at least 5 people with 50% deposits down before work can begin PM me for those who are interested!
-
just sent a email asking for more details, mainly re price etc and how many numbers are needed before work can start
-
alright well i just spoke to Andrew at CCubed, in order to make the mould for the front bar (providing that Yunis is still putting his bar up for offer for a couple of weeks), Andrew will need to take deposits of everyone interested to get the work underway. so if your interested in getting a S2 Dayz front bar then PM me! if there are enough numbers then it will be no worries havnt spoken to him about the rear skirt.. ill shoot off an email
-
the side skirts and rear bar are the same as the base factory S2, its just the front bar is completely different and the rear bar has the dayz skirt.. bolt on to any standard rear bar
-
ill have a silver stocko bumper you could borrow if your keen? ill email andrew now to see if he is keen
-
some great examples of the S2 Dayz from this forum i wish the previous owner kept the dayz kit on my car i love it im sure that if we can get our hands on a dayz front bar for a week or so Andrew at CCubed could make a copy
