i have no idea how to get the pics as thumbnails, like how u have done it.....but still, my questions have been answered.....ha ha.... now its gettin down to it.....i'll probably start over the weekend, n if i run into any problems, u will surely receive a PM from me....lol.... thanks again mate

window2.bmpR33S2, thank you for your response. certain things are unclear to me, but since you put up pics, I can now explain clearly what has gone wrong and clear some doubts. I have marked in the picture the ends of the X-bar and marked which one has bent. I could not get access to it to straighten it out. My question to you is whether this X-bar comes off when you remove the winder retainers that you have marked. on another note, the ends of these X-bars are attached to a horizontal bar which is inturn attached to the actual window. it is clipped into two white bushes which are on the horizontal bar, any idea where i could get them, as both of them have cracked, so the ends of the X-bar keeps popping out of them. Thank you in advance....

could u pls tell me where abouts its located, and also, any idea how to test whether this solenoid has given in.....cuz am having the same problem, and couldnt figure out what was wrong........

Am unsure whether this is exactly the proper place to post this question up..... for those who know how the power window mechanism works....wut has happened is, the bar that is in the shape of a X, the lower part is connected to a horizontal rod with bearings(the horizontal rod is attached to the window), it has poped out of this horizontal rod, and the X bar am referin to has bent.....my main problem is am finding it hard to access this area..... Can anyone please give me some insight into how to access this area, so that i can straighten out this X bar? Thankyou in advance.

put up pics once ur done.... ur ideas 4 the kit were great, n i wud notice this car to be different from the 100s of 33 that i see......n its a very neat example of a 33 aswell.....

have u tried running the numbers through mitsibushi or toyota, cuz by the looks of those n the dimensions, it looks as its off a pre 98 Mitsibushi Canter (its a 1 ton truck, sorta).....i may be wrong but run the part number through mitsubishi.....wudn hurt.....

Stealth, u do have a very good point there, but if he did not throw in the first punch and got assaulted, its very wrong what happened. Cuz no one has the right to assault another person over a verbal argument, abusive or not. Naka, if u have a witness who was present at the time, who can confirm you didan throw in a punch first n got assaulted, then go to the cops n file a report. peace

anyone using the advan sport v103? or yoko avs v102? since am intrested in switchin my rear tyres soon.....have been tryin to find out more abt them than wots been told to me over the counter.....anyone with some insight??????? : -
Kaz, i've got the K104's, 17/255 on the rear, n in the wet, I find it terrible.....but i've seen a lot of people recommending it....I have to keep it under 2000revs when taking off at a colour light, otherwise the wheels jus keep spinnin in one place 4 a while......anyone have any suggestions on some rubber that has a bit better grip on the wet???????

TurboX how is it that bluetooth restricting you in 1/1000 of a second, cuz am finding it hard to figure how exactly ur goin abt this from ur post.....am intrested to know wut ur main concept is aswell as if u do have a sketch or graphical representation of ur concept....wud be easier to understan..... I am doin a masters in networking n specliase in wireless communications and wireless application development, while my cousin just graduated from electrical engineerin....so both of us are intrested to understand ur concept.....

http://www.importscene.com.au/prod547.htm have a look at that product, its supposed to do the trick. u could also download the installation manual n if ur gud at ur electronics, maybe u could work your way around and find out which wires to mess with on the factory ECU. I use the HKS EIDS on my car, the place that sold it to me handed me an additional bunch of pages downloaded from the net that explained which wires to tap on the factory ecu. this document was model specific, but the product is not.....figure its the same for the HKS SLD I.... -
Last year august, at monash clayton, after comming from a lecture i noticed my keys wudn open the driver side door....on close inspection my door lock had been busted and the door had been scrached all around....luckily they did not get in....must have been disturbed by someone passing by.....

when i meant stripped, i did not mean to bear metal....that is not usually done on a car which has a good body without rust. I meant taking all the panels n windshield, etc. off.... I would not be using the current car I have for more than 3 years, so a decent job for about 2k is reasonable to me.
