saw a few today at work, burgundy 33 with 34 gtr wheels and exhaust tech sticker, plates SIR 33. Also a vertex kitted silver 32, side mounted front plates. Then a stockie looking silver 32. Oh and RBB 033, burgundy 33, im sure thats someone on here but couldnt put my finger on who. THese were all at JB modbury during the day today.

hey guys, well my work is clearing out some stock and i was able to pick up these Warlock Central Locking Kits pretty cheap. I figured i would grab a few before they all went as im sure people here would want them for extra security etc. The model number on these is #2252. Now im just reading off the box on these so this is their description. 4 Door Control System Unit 5 Wire Master Actuator X 2 pcs 2 Wire Slave Actuator X 2 pcs Control Module Cable Harness Fitting Hardware and accessories. if your north side of city, give fours n more a go, they have been doing my car for about 5 years now. Froms services, to dyno, to engine swap, to ecu tuning, they have done it all and are very good at it. Give them a call on 82602011 and have a chat to brenton or david, always very helpful.

nah have to disagree, i highly doubt you would get done in your car if its stock, we have taken flicks 32 through there quite a few times and never been done. The cops up there arent as bad as you think. One of the main cops up there is actually on a couple of the forums now too. He is trying to help things with the sport. The cops there are mainly just to detoure people from doing stupid stuff, the odd person might get done but considering how many defectable cars roll through there, its a very small percentage. Im sure simon will agree too when he reads this. I think nisskid may have been one of the unlucky ones to cop a defect but i believe all he got done for was a cracked indicator and it coulda been much worse. So they arent up there to just try and screw us over.

its a hit and miss really, sometimes cops will be picky and hand out defects, othertimes they wont, alot comes down to how you present the car, if you have stupidly obvious defects, eg, loud as, wheels majorly out of guards etc you are gonna be more likely to be picked on, but if you present yourself in a good manner you are gonna have a better chance of nothing happening to you. An example was G1 rnd 1, simon drove his 32 home after the event, he had front bar missing and headlight and front 1/4 damage, he got pulled into the driver checking station, cop did their routine stuff and let him on his way, why? i would say because he presents himself well and doesnt give the impression of some street racer. Thats my rambling done but it gives you a good idea, i have been informed by a extremely reliable source that the events will be cracked down on more with the sport becoming more popular so if you have worries about being defected best thing to do would be grab the parents car or jump in with your mates in the least defectable and hope your all good lol. beat me to it also nick, was looking at planning one soon. Im definately in for this, never done the richmond track so should be fun. Isnt it only 3 drivers to a kart if you have over 20? or something like that.

sorry to hear jared, always gets my blood boiling hearing about this, 2 of my past cars have been broken into while i was at work in a very public place, people just dont care anymore. As far as getting a r31 goes, they have just gone into the top 10 most stolen so might be worth going for something even less noticeable, i went the way of a falcon.

yeah was quite good, worth paying to see, slight warning, there is slight male frontal nudity lol. Luke, i have a Level 2NS CAMS licence, i went through sporting car club to get it, havnt had any issues, 30 something bucks a year i think to be with them and then another 45ish i think for the licence itself. If your looking to do grip days though you will need Level 2S (speed) licence which will cost you slightly more. Speaking of which.....i better go renew mine asap.

about 45 mins ago, white stagea turning off nelson onto wright rd at the roundabout there, had kit and some kind of dark coloured rims, didnt get a overly good look but looked tough.

Very nice looking wheel. These are 7.5" wide. 2 come with tyres which are probably just roadworthy, 2 without tyres. A couple of the rims have some small markings but nothing overly noticeable. Offset i will have to check on but the pic below is how they sat on my 31 with no spacers. With 25mm spacers they sat pretty perfectly with the guards at the rear. *flick* here - mr rbman, im so sorry i forgot to msg you! Through is i actually fell asleep from westlakes to moana way lol. 5 days of getting up at 5 am caught up with me. Nice to see a few familiar faces and catch up for a chat. Cruise was a bit meh, bit all over the place - no time frame for leaving etc, people just did their own thing. Saw the Boost Worx VL get pulled over after leaving the last spot - that cop flexed it out the carpark after him. Anyone know what happened? Know a few cars got defected as they were leaving westlakes, which really sucked. Simon you were lucky!!
