Well i did ask him to check my timing belt, but my car is stock standard? When you remove the cover can u adjust the timing??

Hey guys, I just got a full service done for my r33 gtr and now i feel that it has lost power and response. So basically i got all the oils changed, fuel filter, spark plugs, etc. The boost seems to be normal and all but there is a noticeable power loss right through the rev range. The only thing it could be is the spark plugs?? But its really smooth. Any ideas??? Thanks

Has anyone fitted rays centre caps before? I have a set of gram lights 57f pros that came with a set of centre caps and a set of these metal rings. When i put the centre cap over the centre of the wheel it fits nicely but there is nothing at the back of the wheel for the centre cap clips to clip onto.. Is there something else i need??

I also have a S3 gtr 33 Vspec and u get dual airbags, red stitching on seats and steering wheel, large front lip, xenons and i got a momo steering wheel as standard too not sure wat else?

Hey guys, I got a standard r32 gtr airbox with the snorkel sitting around that i need to get rid of Perfect condition. Good for a spare or to clear a defect - $120 + delivery (pickup preferred due to the size of the air box. SOLD standard r32 gtr fuel pump also - $100 including delivery And a standard 32 gtr cat back - $50 (pick up only) SOLD Dont have pics yet but we all know what they look like. Thanks

I considered an evo 7 as they are at a similar price to the 3 and 6 but i just dont like the look of them. But an Evo 8 on the otherhand *drools* But too expensive. XR5 turbo never even thought about it! but it looks alright eh, is it quicker than both the mps 3 and 6?

Hmm i want a 4 door thats the basic, something that has space and looks good. I was leaning towards a MPS6 because i think it looks bette than the 3. But its not as quick. But definetly not a WRX and they are everywhere. I want more luxury with a bit of grunt

Im considering one of these as my everyday car now if i sell my GTR. What would u guys buy if u had to pick? In terms of -Performance -Looks -Practicality -And overall what you think is the best buy!

Well its time for me to move onto bigger things in life such as a house and I have to sell my GTR. I have owned this car since Nov 05 and I bought it in stock standard form as my project. Everything that has been done to it I have receipts for and all service history since I have owned it and only the best parts are purchased for it with absolutely no unnecessary mods. Car looks stock standard from the outside which keeps the cops and all the unwanted attention away! It is serviced every 4000kms professionally as well. Always well looked after, gararged and washed all the time and never thrashed. I have never even once launched the car since I have owned it! It has never seen the track either, it is only used for the street as my everyday car and it has been very reliable. Currently it has 74XXXkms on the odo and it still has the orginal 100km/h speed warning beeper. but the engine had a full rebuild about 12000kms(with receipts) ago and the is still in immaculate condition! Overall the car is in very good condition for its age, and it does have some wear on the exterior but considering the price its good value! It has rego till end of Sept 07. I still have the original GTR key and the user manual along with its import papers and purchase receipts. Anyway here are the list of mods (some I may have forgotten to add): ACL Forged Pistons ACL Piston Rings ACL Big End Bearings ACL Main Bearings Ported and polished head Stock polished crank and rods Bored and honed Block N1 Oil pump N1 Water pump Tomei Oil Gallery restrictor Gates timing belt New engine gaskets all round New Thermostat New NGK spark plugs R34 GTR injectors R34N1 turbos New Rod bolts, welsh plugs Fresh paint on rocker covers 3" Trust Front pipe and Power Extreme II Cat back Exhaust 3" Metal cat Twin Apexi Pods Apexi Power FC & Hand Controller Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller Nismo fuel pump Heavy Duty clutch New castor rod and uper control arm bushes Lowered springs approx 30mm Mongoose 3 point mobilser and alarm system Front tyres have around 90% + tread and the rears estimate around 70%. Car has been tuned recently in December by Croydon Racing Developments and is making 257awkw ~ 280rwkw at 1bar of boost. Only thing limiting the power now are injectors. My next step was to get a set of cam gears/cam shafts and dumps and the power will easily be over 300awkw. My speedometer readings and the power fc speed readings are different The Pfc always reads less, the higher the speed the bigger the gap between my speedo and the pfc. Like on the freeway my speedo reads around 120km/h but on the pfc its like 109-110km/h Just wondering is the pfc accurate?

CRD for me too! Jim did a great job. I have been to UAS as well but CRD i think is better.
