I see. And is there an easy/safe way to get all 4 working or does it require bulb holder changes etc?

I've read so many conflicting opinions on this. My car appears to have untouched original wiring to the tail lights and only the outer lights and the boot lid light act as brake lights. So either that's factory or my car had a very good re-wire done. I also read a lot about lights being modified at compliance. I know this can be modified, but what' the standard factory configuration? Lastly, what's the easiest way to have all 4 lights operating as brake lights as there appears to be mixed views on this as well ranging from piggy backing off the brake light wire to changing bulb holders and bulbs in the inner light. Thanks in advance.

Found a factory one locally new. Still need those clips and from what I can see you still need to drill two hole in the bar, albeit out of sight. The clips appear to slide on from the back and provide the captive nut for the screw.

They must attach somewhere, I assume they slide in behind the bar or something and clip on then if they aren't screwed in. Your googlefu is much better than mine for this stuff.

Even the factory mount is drilled into the bar.

I believe it's part number 62740 but I'd like to see it to work out how it fits to the bar if possible. Can someone with an OEM license plate bracket show me a picture of the bracket/how it attaches? Tossing up if I just use some rubber spacers/washers and attach directly to the bar. Cheers

When driving the car to work this morning I note it has some backlash in the drivetrain, coming off/on throttle. I can't tell if it's the clutch, box or diff. There's definitely noticeable noise when operating the clutch (ATS twin plate carbon) even when sitting idle with box in neutral, but there's also a little backlash when coming off on throttle or between gears. Thoughts? I also hear about the transfer case being a culprit but to me it sounds/feels more central. Car has done 86 or so k's, but it's a GT-R so assume 186 in terms of wear lol

Also now have a HKS EVC6 and some R34 Air Guides for non v-spec cars.

No, -9s, but the kit came with different dumps and a matching and bigger front pipe. Then I had a new exhaust made.

In a VSpec isn't that the default? As in built in air guides in the diffuser and the rubber guides on the LCA? Only a non VSpec just runs the guides under the splash guard?
