  1. I assume that was sarcasm based on my other thread? Yes I did and it confirmed K's, I'm more interested in how the car was used given the extra goodies I found on it that weren't advertised or obvious during inspection.
  2. Got this today
  3. Let me know how you go.
  4. Well I'm considering either this or the Just Jap over the cam covers style which uses the PCV still and allows the oil collected to drain back into the rockers.
  5. This is what I was thinking as well, same as any closed system though?
  6. I wouldn't be tuning it and given what tuning options I have locally will stick with the easiest option as I dont have racepace down the road I might have a chat to some local tuners.
  7. Cheers Still more than just having the standard ones re-done. Postage is free for me (when sending). I also already have the PFC.
  8. Doing some more reading, seems to be a LOT of conjecture and I can't seem to find any tried and tested process for using them on an 26 with a PFC and in standard size AFM pipes.
  9. Those R35 MAFs are cheap. Never seen those before. So you mount 2 of those to generic pipes and bolt to the airbox, get some plugs and rewire the loom to suit the plug then tune? How would they go in 65mm pipe though, same as the Nismo ones. As I've got an ARC induction box and will likely stick with that or go a stock airbox.
  10. They do work, I was just forward planning for turbo swap. I understand you "can" go beyond 300kw with standard AFMs, but life is easier with the Nismo units. I didn't think stock AFMs were worth much? Aren't the Nismo one's 4-500 a piece?
  11. Good to know, I have managed to find history of others on here using the same place. Seems they must go OK.
  12. In preparation for a swap to GT-SS/-9s, I'm looking at AFMs. Has anyone done this? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Air-Flow-Meters-Nismo-recalibration-service-for-NISSAN-SKYLINE-GTR-RB26DETT-RB26-/120491260709?hash=item1c0dd6bb25:m:morBSmTCVfVlh2-EkjyNAdA
  13. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.424132594384896.1073741834.189006661230825&type=3 Look interesting. Has a connection to the dipstick so the sump can breath from there and also allow oil to drain back down. Anyone here using one of those?
  14. Guards and diffuser sold pending payment. I am also on the lookout for a stock R34 Airbox and Nismo intake. I have an ARC box to part with and do a swap.
  15. Want to talk history now that I own it.
  16. Duncan do you know if those radiator mounts will fit a 34?
  17. I'd like to find the guy who owned this car before the one I bought it from,
  18. Just arranged collection of my diffuser and spoiler from Vspec Performance. Keen to see those here.
  19. Not very expensive vs a can of primer and a can of satin black from bunnings? I wouldn't mind having the twin turbo pipe done also. Want the bay to be mostly black/stealth. Wonder what the arc box would look like black.
  20. Turns out they don't make this in a 12mm for the 34.
  21. I'm liking the idea of the just Jap one as it's zero maintenance.
  22. Bodyform Aero Top Secret Style diffuser with carbon finished lip - never fitted. - $700 Factory R34 Guards including skirt, no riser or badges (KR4) - $700 Factory R34 Mirrors, plug removed to fit aftermarket mirrors - $100 Rays Red Dura Nuts with lock nut tool, have faded a bit and are marked from being used. No pics at present but can get some. $100 (will inc postage). ARC Titanium Gearknob - $150 (will inc postage) Will also have a catch can for sale shortly. Can get more pics, happy to help arrange freight (can get decent prices). Car shown has lip fitted to show you what it looks like on. I'm also after a Justjap over the cam covers style catch can, a double din head unit to fit a 34, rear speaker covers, and an R34 rear diffuser and would be willing to work something out.
