  1. Just bought new brackets from Pedders for $8 that fit the bush perfect.
  2. I got those in a 25mm, I'm going to pick them up now and re test them and see if I can shave them a bit to fit. Sick of chasing it up.
  3. Sounds right, measured with verniers, The issue is bushes.
  4. Valid point. I will re-test them on the way home. Just annoyed that this is supposed to be such a simple mod yet nobody has documented this which makes me think I'm missing something, wrong bracket, requires certain bush, etc.
  5. Surely there should just be a damn bush that fits when everyone talks about this being a "bolt on" mod. Nobody else seems to have ever mentioned changing brackets or modifying bushes. I'm also considering that if I thin the bush too much it could wear through/tear at those thin points rather than just using the right bush/bracket.
  6. Ability to move around inside the bracket back and forth as the lips are not being used to assist in retaining the bush. I assume though that most of the force used to keep the bush in the cup comes from being pressed against the car itself by the bracket. I'm going to grab the bushes and quickly re-test them on the way home. From memory it was a good 1mm per side that they were too wide.
  7. Too wide across the 30mm measurement. As in the lips on the bush, sit a bit too far past the edge of the bracket. Also too wide across the 33mm measurement, such that it's quite difficult to get into the bracket. I could remove material in that direction but would still have the issue with the lips sitting too far out across the 30mm measurement.
  8. Can anyone confirm if an R32 bracket measures the same as this?
  9. Nissan says the d bush brackets are different part numbers so I'm starting to think I need the R32 mounts as well.
  10. Got bushes, the rear bushes don't fit the brackets. Too wide. I can;t find anything on needing to put the R32 brackets in though, everyone says it just bolts up. What am I missing here.
  11. Stretching and BW resistence training.
  12. I had good results with a foam roller on my SIJ.
  13. Brand new digital verniers measured GTR bar at 25.2 and 25.3mm at each bush location. So shifter was right. Whiteline bar, which is sold as a 27mm came in at 27.3mm.
  14. Seems pretty accurate, I'll check again tonight but I'll be surprised if it's more than 1mm out.
  15. I'm less worried about the grease and more concerned with getting the right size bush. Buying verniers tonight.
  16. I'll have to get some moly grease then, I only have generic heavy duty industrial and lithium at home. The bar is definitely 24mm+ I'll buy some verniers and confirm. Yeah I found the 18mm one, but this is much larger. It could be after market but it was sold as having been removed from a 32 GT-R that was being wrecked, the colour/age implies that also. The same smokey black colour as all the others I've seen where as almost every after market bar I've ever seen was anything but black. The size surprised me too, concerned it's going to be too stiff for a grip setup.
  17. Are you telling me Nissan just randomly put different sizes rear swaybars in the back of all their cars... surely there's a factory size. I have Lithium grease, good enough or is it something more specific and does it normally come with the bushes?
  18. Putting one of these into my S13, but unsure what D Bush to buy. SuperPro has them up to 24mm, but the bar seems to be 25mm (admittedly measured with adjusting shifter with measuring marks, tape backs this up but both could be 1mm out). I've also read some people state t's 26mm. Nolathane lists odd sizes. Can any shed one some light on this? Also do I need to use grease on the bushes when installing them? Seems to be a lot o conjecture around this also.
  19. Added a little weight to a few things last night. Feeling OK today. Still no squatting though. Doing sprints on the bike with resistance to give legs some attention.
  20. I'd say you have above average sex drive Leesh. Not even the keenest high school gf wanted it that much (I did back then) and you could look at her the right way and get her going so it was an easy sell. Bottom line, I don't want dicks in my mouth. Mine or otherwise. Numb, drunk, super horny, doesn't matter. I have no issue with the logic Birds is using or any trouble believing he would happily felate himself. That's narcissist's for you
  21. Lol oh man that was us. She's almost 2 now but in the earlier days we would both choose sleep over sex 99% of the time lol
  22. Daily lol, I don't have the energy for anything daily lol Talk to me in 10yrs when you both work full time and have kids. Most of us start out with sex drives like that, but for many it doesn't last. Nothing to do with my partner, everything to do with time and energy.
  23. God no lol I'd much rather wait and get the good stuff, but man can only wait so long. That's a different discussion though. Doesn't change that I don't want dicks in my mouth, including my own.
  24. Maybe as a horny teen that logic works on some level, but as a man in a long term partnership with no need to jerk off,No thanks. Enjoy your dicks, dicklover. Xox
