  1. Not worth it for me lol, had some Brie last night, new brand, was pretty good. lol My Nigga
  2. My bad, no bread for you then sucker. Hey Leesh, we have a new wheel of Brie at home, just sayin...
  3. You've proved it, no go eat. EDIT: It was you competing with your mates earlier wasn't it?
  4. lol so do it man, nobody is going to give 2 shits. You will work it off the next session anyway, if you have no mad goals or aren't competing, don't punish yourself, it should be a fun thing to do, not a chore.
  5. I'm not sure on the specifics, maybe you can book him for a show and get all your questions answered.
  6. I think he's more of a male "performer" for hens parties and the like?
  7. Given the nature of the work, I say he does. You've got jealous GF mode switched on, guys are VERY good at separating work from everything else. It's just a job. I used to work at Clints Crazy Bargains during Uni, It did not make me start wanting to shop there, the products were still shit.
  8. Gotta keep the clients happy I guess? Roooooxxanne..
  9. No he should bulk, as should you, we've been over this.
  10. It was my main reason when I started. That and the added confidence it brought worked a treat.
  11. If Codiene doesn't agree with you, try one of the Oxycodone derivatives.
  12. What pain killers? There's quite a few you can try that have different active ingredients. Endone makes me feel like crap (Oxycontin), but Panadine Fort I'm fine with (Codine) Spelling may be out.
  13. Bugger that =\ Can you take a sleeping pill or a decent pain killer to get a few more hours?
  14. Fair enough, hope the treatment goes well I'm in a similar boat at the moment so I feel your pain.
  15. Nice work Leesh, how are you feeling about your goals now?
  16. Heavy Duty RAM Mount with matching suction cup base. These are some of the best mounts you can buy, this was not suitable for my needs and was replaced with a smaller version RAM mount. Here's the webpage for these products. Mount Suction Cup I do not have the screws, but these are not difficult to source. $45 delivered.
  17. OK so I saw my physio, he;s the guy who sorted my bad elbow and forearm years ago. He worked on my lower back and commented on how stiff it was and said it felt like it hadn't moved properly in years. He also said my glute medius felt very weak. He gave me 3 exercises. A hip flexor stretch where you assume a hammy stretch like stance and tilt your pelvis up like you're trying to pee over a fence, a glute stretch where you lie on your back, cross one leg over the other and grab the ankle and pull towards you with one hand and guide the knee with the other. And last another glute one, stand both feet on a resistence band, cross the band over and move one leg at a time out to the side, this really burns my glutes. I'm supposed to do that 3x daily, but since Friday have only managed it a few times as I've been so busy - bought the band to work today to make sure I do it. Friday Gym was a 2 setter welcome back session, my legs really felt it despite only doing empty bar squats and deads and lunges with 6 or so KG per dumbbell. Got through 2 sets of everything at the previous weights. Spent hours on the shed this weekend and ended up sealing the concrete which was like 5-6hrs of painting action, back is really sore today. Physio again on Friday. Feel so old and sore lol.
  18. After sweeping and pressure washing I thought to myself, it'll never be this empty or this clean. So I made the call to go ahead and seal it, Did the apron too. Such a fun job. Back is stuffed today (was already bad). Delicate IT hands are blistered etc.
  19. Sidebar: WTF is Rajab, I keep seeing this.
  20. No idea, I don't work for them and I took action well before any of that became an issue - by calling them. I suggest you call them and ask them about your particular situation rather than relying on Internet advice.
  21. Back from my week up north where I did little more than eat and drink, minimal weight gain while away, some size and tone changes though. Despite not doing anymore more strenuous than some one on one basketball with my brother and a few swimming pool sessions being a clown, I did nothing strenuous and I'm still having notable back/leg discomfort. I'm booked into see a new Physio today, a guy I've worked with and had great success before when I thought my elbow would never heal he sorted it. The shed work clearly took a toll and I've still got more to do so Gym might take a back seat for a bit. See how I go. </Tom_Clancy>
  22. CTTT costs very little to utilise, I'd suggest you all make some calls and do some reading as I did, start getting your paperwork sorted and copies of any supporting docs you need then lodge a claim.
  23. Sounds like something I should have done before the shed was up.
  24. Yeah it's definitely better than my 6x6 garage on the house. Which will be great when I clear out all the shelves to put in the big shed and can park my work car in there So we'll have the 6x6 garage, 3x3 garden shed, and 7x10.5 shed Could be worse.
  25. There was a guy on the vibrator. I think I'll just get the weather strip, I just want the concreter to pay for it ($100) since they stuffed up the apron. Don't like my chances. Some pics for you. 620mm above natural in that back corner.. Shed is 7x10.5, aircel in the roof plus whirly bird. PAD, single 5m door with motor. Shed slab was helicoptered, standard 100mm, 25mpa. Not the best but for what it's cost me I'm pretty happy.
