  1. MY post was in relation to Boz' Markos sleazed his in as I was making my post. That said IO use WPC anyway, so it's only $100 for 5kg, boom.
  2. That's a bit rich. In regards to Boz.
  3. I have Vanilla, no complaints.
  4. Birds and Leesh may have different views, but in the past, when I was doing multiple sets of 10, I found I was far leaner and more defined. This is not necessarily at the expense of strength either, just depends on how you train.
  5. http://youtu.be/0pSlu2okpqM
  6. Yeah don't mind me, the forever paranoid scrawny dude in my head has never really stopped being paranoid.
  7. Yeah I know, just 3hrs every week and for what really? OK Yes I do look like I work out, if I didn't and with my metabolism and natural physique I'd be 78-80kgs like I was last time, with gym I'm almost 90 so it's noticable but still, all that effort just for a look and not a special look, just an improvement on scrawny look lol I tell myself being a bit stronger is part of it, and that's partly true, but ultimately looking half decent is more my goal and half decent is relative, so realistically, I look half decent now. Sometimes I just get jack of the effort
  8. FARK! Dat volume! Go for it you beast.
  9. Had one of those sessions tonight where everything feels a bit heavier. Probably because I was hungry. Good to know I could thug it out and get through it though. That's the sort of thing I mean when I say I like consolidate and know that on my bad days I can still do the same numbers before I increase. I may look for a small increase on some things towards the end of the week. Having a doubt period too where I start to wonder why I'm doing this
  10. Well maybe not after watching the crash vids... My car is still on the original shell and I have no plans to change that Hats off though, great driving = great times. Keep at it.
  11. My new plan is to get my car running and then let John drive it and claim the lap time as my own... Easiest time I'll ever cut from a PB
  12. I've seen this car a few times at various events and I am absolutely astounded/impressed at your Winton time. I'm not saying the car isn't well sorted, but I am definitely saying that is a crazy fast time for a car with the power this has. Which is a very good indicator of how good your driving is. Clearly all that track time has payed off and I am going about my car the entirely wrong way! Great build thread dude. I'll come and say hi the next time I see you at Winton/DECA.
  13. Hahah, love it. Good to see you on board.
  14. Yeah nice one Jam... Anyway, I had a steak for lunch. AWWWWW YIS
  15. Oh you don't have to ride it out of here, you can circle around the yard on it for a while
  16. This times eleventy.
  17. Like sands through the hourglass? When TTT has finished riding it, I'll grab the llama for you
  18. And THAT'S why I wouldn't have said that Birds lol Walked into that one.
  19. Welcome to every mans life lol
  20. That's the best kind FIG Leesh: Fair enough
  21. All that and the part you focused on was about the build thread. And what is, the 50s were a girl can't make her own choice? My 2 cents, don't do one, you;re not interested in it so it won't serve you any benefit. Put your time into things that have a positive impact for you. Like 33% bench improvements!
  22. As I said, up to you, if you look at mine there has been weeks of the same numbers but I also talk about physio visits, walking/running at some points, etc etc just so I have a record. So you've increased your bench by 33% and that makes you unhappy? So at 57kg you were benching 52% of your BW, and are now benching 71% of your BW at 56kg, so you got lighter AND stronger... Tough crowd... Like I said, I think some of your bigger hurdles are up stairs girlfriend *snaps fingers* but I don't know you and it's not my place to make judgment calls so take all my ramblings with a grain of salt (or some cheese and crackers!).
