  1. Dave: Hmm, well see what you can do in the next 2 weeks Ryan: Can you confirm you got my entry? I might change that from a reserves to a full entry, is it as easy as just paying the entry fee and letting you know? I'll go ahead once I've got confirmation from you (or Bec?)
  2. Yeah I can so long as it's not bigger than 10-15mb Email it to me at [email protected]
  3. Update guys, the media centre PC is gone and I'm now going to part out what's here (Except the server) so if you want something in particular let me know as a lot of this stuff is going on eBay now. Cheers
  4. The fitting on the left going from the master cylinder to the brass block was made up by Enzed and is two male 10x1.0mm fittings welded together. I fitted the block in this way as it required the least amount of line bending, the sharper bend in the line on the far right was already there so i just had to bend the line out away from the cylinder a bit more.
  5. Despite note setting a blistering time (this was my first circuit session in the silvia) I had a blast and learned a heap about the car. I started out running about 2mins and got that down to 1:47.9 by the end of the day through a combination of feeling more confident behind the wheel, trusting the new brake setup more and winding in as much camber as possible as per Ryan's tips. Also, I'll be getting hold of some decent rubber shortly, if only to stop people telling me that I could take X seconds off my lap time if I wasn't running Wan Li street tyres lol Thanks to everyone who was involved in organising the day and a quiet thanks to Justin for not having too much of a go at me for continuing to go way too hard after the checkered flag, thankfully I didn't do any damage with that big off at the end of the day As usual, the night was just as enjoyable though I felt bad for Bec having to wait so long for her food! As an aside, I'm not drinking any shots that come from Campbell... Given the car survived... I'll see some of you at DECA
  6. No worries but it'll have to wait, the car is getting aligned ready for the track tomorrow. Will grab some pics when I can which shouldn't be too long as I wanna take some pics of the bumper after I added my own vents
  7. I've got black race tape, would a few strips of this making an X over the lights be enough?
  8. I'm using a T piece on a BM50 (S15) master cylinder in my S13 now, works fine. I had enzed make me up a male to male bolt 10x1.0 and I used a 3 port female block (the T piece) then gentle bent my brake lines to fit into the remaining two ports.
  9. Hmm I think the S13's headlights are glass (projectors) Can anyone elaborate on needing contact on them? I dunno if I'll have time to get any between now and tomorrow.
  10. How stringent are the rules, do I need a secondary bonnet latch and clear contact over the headlights etc? And covers over fluid reservoirs?
  11. I've already alerted eBay to that fact and I'm using those details in my efforts to get some form of resolution.
  12. No worries, see how we go. So how bout it Adz
  13. No worries, will send through when I'm at home as my licenses are there.
  14. Hah, I'm on the reserves list for deca so if I don't break the car this weekend I'm there I'm not interested in drift much that was just a shake down of the car. I'm interested in track though and have had the bug for years (R33 GTS-T and R33 GT-R V-Spec) but I got out of cars for a bit... See you at Winton if you can make it
  15. Yep queen room here too please as above
  16. Jump into the accomodation thread Brenno I've put my hand up and mentioned you also
  17. Bec can I put my hand up for a Twin to be confirmed after this weekend when I see if my car survives the track day? I'd say BrendanR33 would want a Twin also.
  18. Ryan can you put me down on the reserve list, I'll decide after I see how the car pulls up from this track day at winton this weekend. Cheers
  19. OK I've faxed off the form and I'm going in A03 after speaking with the WRX motorsport guy on that email address. However, he said he might be able to russle up brief DT mini session for me on the day and I'm thinking that Ryan might be a good person to take me for a couple laps in my car as he knows S13's What do you think Ryan, up for it?
  20. Hah, well since you're all so keen some old fashioned vigilante mayhem I'm sure you're all putting your hands up to help me...
  21. I'm not asking for anyone to put themselves out or in danger nor take matters into their own hands, the law is the law regardless of what side you're on 45 Cooks Av Canterbury is the address where the seats were picked up (the GTST seats) for reference though.
  22. lol don't tell me that Adz, I like the idea that it's some scary crazy freak that I couldn't beat the shit out off easily if at all. as an aside: it's been really interesting to see the different responses as I posted this over at NS as well. I'm a Skyline man through and through but I bought an S13 as a track/play car so have been spending some time over at NS as well. By and large I don't think too much of the NS forums or the community as a whole so far. MY love still lies with SAU (I'll get another GT-R down the track so don't flame me too hard!)
  23. Nah I'm not Batman and I'm not interested in getting knifed by some crazy knobhead over $500 The police may be off assistance as a mate of mine is a cop so he might dig a bit harder than Officer Not Interested See how we go
  24. Well it appears the address I have here is where the seats I received were collected from by the freight company so that's likely where he lives but turning up at his place is unlikely to resolve anything (plus im about 6hrs away) and could make matters worse (who knows what kind of low life freak he is). I'm working on a few other things so we'll see how we go. At the very least he's not trading right now.
