Plenty of people getting around with a variety of ECUs and mild power levels not having drama.
Fresh belt/new tensioner and not tuned on the ragged edge seems to work well enough. CAS disc upgrades available also.

If you're serious then you're going to need a very good single turbo, like an EFR, with proper twin scroll setup. The only way you're getting that goal with twins is with a huge displacement increase. The single turbo swap will be cheaper. You're also going to want a few other mods so it can live for more than a few Dyno runs.
Fair enough, went OK for me with better rotors and pads for 6-7 laps at a time on my boat.
Wasn't setting lap records though.
Bigger is better, but if you're throwing yours out, give them to me for the Silvia
