Nrma Vintage And Classic Insurance

What's the latest in the best insurer for 34Rs? My policy is up for renewal with Shannons, they want to drop the value on the policy to 72k, I think I would really struggle to replace it for that. Premium is $1363 currently, but will go up if I get my way and we revalue the car a bit higher. -
Which should I go with GTX2863, 2530, or 2860-5

I have no idea what those numbers mean. The path ot successfully running twins has been shown numerous times. Have a sensible power goal, mild cams at the most, Twin Turbo pipe divider mod, good dumps/front pipe combo and don't use -5s if you value response. -9s with all of those bits will get you a healthy figure for the street. If you need the better high end power of -5s on a 2.6L and still want response, put a twin scroll single on it. What is your power goal? -

What is your goal? The turbo combo had already made the car a little more laggy. Adding big cams will make that worse, and to be clear 272 cams on a stock 2.6L is a big cam. Testing shows nothing beats the stock cams for response (248) but that you can gain a bit of midrange without sacrificing too much response with Tomei type R or type A (250 and 256). Duration is only a small part of it though, lift will help response and bigger lift needs valve springs. Ramp rate will also help it feel not as lazy, but aggressive ramp needs valve springs as well. I used Kelford 264 after reading lots of reviews about the Tomei having soft ramp rates. I've got strong torque from just under 4k rpm to redline, but my car has a few other mods to help and I run e85. I'd suggest you talk to Kelford Cams, Camtech or Clive Cams about your whole setup, current results and your desired goals. -

272 cams are a very poor match for that combo, just sayin... -

Cool story. Show us a dyno graph of each with power/boost. -
I only know of one person who listed and sold very quickly at 80k for a BSB VS1 wih a few minor mods. I thought he under priced it personally.

So mighty fine line placement there. Quality built targa car indeed. Assuming they were mounted out of the way but mount failed? -

OK OK, we get it, you're very sarcastic, now do some shit to your car and post some more pics and vids. Starting to wonder if you owned that Evo a little too long.. -
It's even worse at the moment as the closer can is not vented atmo over near the turbo too, that will be changed The back one is not so bad, if it weeps a little it sits up on that little lip. Ideally I need a redesigned can up behind the shock tower incorporating all fittings with a big ass breather on top. But that's $$
