The corolla TRD rumour is untrue. The head mechanical engineer had given a talk at UTS about a month ago. There is however, a TRD aurion. It's running a supercharger and is done by one of the Australian V8 supercars team. At a price range close to $70,000 they said this was not aimed towards the younger market. Asked if they would consider making sports car, such as the celica or corolla and the answer was no. It is simply not feasible. Don't know the final power figure as he was not allowed to disclose this info.

There are places that claim they can tune Haltech computers and then there are those that have been specialising with these computers for years. All I know is that Matt has been specialising in tuning Haltech computers for many years.

I'm using the 023. Car started running lean with the 040 at 285-290 rwkw when I was on the dyno. Changed it to the 023 to run 307 rwkw with no problems. Get the 023 as it has a higher flow rate.

CRD have just listed their prices for Exedy kits. Without the group buy they are cheaper.

Are you willing to trade for a GT3040R + cash adjustment my way. Turbo has done less than 3000km. Braided oil and water lines is also included.

My understanding is that if it has been imported as a race/track car, then under no circumstances can it be complied as a road worthy vehicle. I wouldn't recommend getting this car if you're thinking about registering it as a street car.

If you are willing to buy online, perfect run is selling the Tein Mono Flex damper kit including pillowball upper mounts for $1588 plus add $450 for delivery. This is the cheapest I've seen so far. This price was personally quoted to me by perfect run yesterday via email, so prices may vary depending on exchange rate.

i agree with trust33, check the hub. Exceller Steering would be my choice to check this kind of problem. This place is also one of SK recommended installers for his suspension groupbuys. They are located in Bankstown.

it might not be the AFM, maybe your PFC. I had the same problem. I bought a new Z32 and it just kept on running lean. The guys from Bel Garage tried everything. They said this has only occured once previouly and I was the second customer.

CRD is a bit pricier than other places, but I would have to say they are the best (That's what Jim does all day-tuning). The new guy at Bel Garage is pretty good himself. My first tune was at unique motorsports tuned by Ben. I was running too rich and after having my car tuned at CRD and Bel, in comparison I can say the car was not smooth. It was smooth at the time as that was my first tune. Unique @ 14psi = 197 rwkw @ 15psi = blew my turbo (they said the turbo could easily handle 15psi. Little did i know) CRD @14psi = 212rwkw Bel Whole new setup, so can't compare.
