yeah surely we should get at least 40 ppl interested in a track day, i have about 10 ppl keen on a track day, not all have skylines but we need someone with enough time and patience to organise it CORRECTLY, also we are going to need the funds up front to book the day, so if ppl cancel bad luck you lose your dough. during the week would be cheaper approx $3500 instead of weekend rates $5000 i'll put my hand up to help organise it but in going to need a couple of guys dedicated enough to help out. also we should book when it is a lot cooler, i can ring clem smith and find out some dates that the track is free, Also we would have to separate into two groups 4wd and rwd. this is just testing the water im not promising anything lets see how really keen ppl are! any volunteers????

practice days are better you can go harder! but you need a cams licence next one i think is in april, you need helmet, fire extinguisher, and car smust be track ready , or you will break something TRUST ME! brakes,tyres,oh tyres!!!! radiator and gearbox, if you even have a hint your car is not up to abuse, FORGET it you won't have a memorable experience!!! suspended licence didnt stop me on the track you just don't say anything about it if you have a cams licence that is current ALL GOOD!

yeah he had re55's and he should be running a lot faster considering he has a 4wd? last time i went on a practice day there was a dood running a 400kw gtr r33 and the best time he could run was 1:25 and that was about 22degrees on the track. you can shave at least 3 seconds off with semi slicks! oh btw throw out your interior that will save you about 20kg. maybe we should organise an SAU track day? to hire the track for a weekend day is about $5000 if 50 of us were in it'd cost about $100 each.

okay 1st be member of the nissan datsun car club sa about $70 a year and sporting car club about $120 a year 2ndly apply for a level 2 speed licence from cams, this will save you paying about $90 every practice day 3rdly put plenty of $$$$$ away for tyres, fuel, parts etc.. and keep cool with the officials, and renmember DONT GO TOO FAST FOR THE TRACK!!!!!!!

I can understand about warming the tyres up BUT when the track temp was 60 degrees i think that kinda puts that one to bed, but the officials had it in for the only RWD line on the track! no shit ive had it with sport politics! yes it was a fun day but after i gave them my previous lap times of 1'24" they still put me in the slowest group, maybe coz i have a RWD.

no shit!, we were briefed before we were able to go out and specifically told if someone is behind you let them pass! she had a little cry to the officials and they kicked me off the track!. if we cant use our cars on the track where the hell can we??

Hi guys here' the biggest laugh i've had on the track, took the line out to mallala on the 38degree heat and recorded my quickest time on street tyres 1'23".2, subsequently i was warned on the first lap that i was out of the gate too fast??? WTF why do we go to a race track??? then after a certain female evo driver complained to the officials that i was INTIMIDATING her by being behind her on the track (after she wouldn't pull over to the left side of the track) i was warned again for being too fast on the track WTF!!! no kidding i reckon those evo drivers are scared of us line drivers! man after i told the old geriatric official where to get off and i was using street tyres he told me i was going too fast and drifting, mate seems to me the evo boys had it in for me. heres a photo of me between 2 evo's the whinging chick is in front of me. some you tube footage below
