haha i did the same thing when racing a group as a mate spun near that corner... launched and then left blackstrips down the road after working to recover the sideways momentum go karting is great fun (especially in bigger engine karts than standard ones!!)

hey theres two r31's the one that has the twin turbo v8 was at "prostock" and ran into 10's from what i hear. the other is a mate and ran a 11.6 (guy works for madaz) or so its na with a gt turbo and aftermarket tunning. both are gts1's !!!

sorry didnt think u had to be a member!. here are some of major mechanical things all of them are pretty much new r32 engine and box 63000 kms and rebuilt seals etc when put in custom plenum custom front mount with gtr core gtr injectors i think hks 25/30 gtr brakes all round kakimoto 3" exhaust tien coilovers and tien adjustable camber tops front and rear strut braces racing hart dish rims shorshift kit massive fuel pump all u can hear buzzing! remapped computer (32 comp) dual plate clutch at the moment running 0.9bar and making 206rwkw-210rwkw. has run 12's apparently previously with more boost sorry tried to post pics but im on dial up!!! and some reson not working. heres one more http://www.boostworx.com.au/images/gtsx.jpg

keep it till u make full time money then drop in gtr engine and engineer it and hey presto 33gtr although it may be expensive

hi guys i need your advice. im looking at buying a 31 coupe with a vg30det conversion + heaps of other stuff. it is all fully engineered and it has rwc and rego and an unassuming exhaust :lol: . to transfer it over in SA what problems might I have I think they just check that its not stolen etc. and ill have all the papers

yes people have also had good gains adding a na25 head to a na30 so i guess it works well off boost although it would have a lower comp. also hed be running better aftermarket management? and bigger injectors, fuel pump etc. i know sky 30 has aftermarket management his mate told me he does all the tuning himslef?. what id like to see is a comparacent between a 26dett and a 30det. im looking at a coupe today and i think i may swap the engines over and have to start off a 30et in the coupe then go det later when i have more money. hmm or just put a 25det or 26dett in the coupe hmm u just cant beat the torque
