i dont have a snorkle in my car atm......so does that mean there'll be a gap where the snorkle usually goes?

sorry guys...the offer is no longer. ive decided to keep it because now my car is dead in a garage, and if i sell the kit then it looks like a heap of junk kit-less.. so, just going to keep the kit for now, but might reconsider it later on.. OMG..by the way, i had it checked out and my firend says it's a genuine GTR kit ....hehe...lucky i didn't sell it yet aye...anyone got any idea how much its worth now?

hhmm..thnx for the replies. i was planning that if its not too serious..how about i go about it in the approach where i put in forgies?....coz ...if i jus blew the factory gasket/s, then i'll replace it with the rebuild kit available from hioctanracing.com which comes with forged pistns, rings, rods, metal head gasket and engine gaskets as well....seems to me that that would make me a better engine that getting a new front cut, with heaps of spares which i probz wont even need. still appreciate and will consider all ideas thrown my way though...

...i knew it was a bad idea. took the car out to wakefield with my friend coz he got a personal invite to the western gulf oil day out and thought we'd try my car out. so out we went. it was a good day. on the track, i see nothing but V8's, and a few imports. an s14, gtir, 32 gtr, 180, and myself i think were the only japs. passed a few..got passed by a few...but hey it was just a day for fun. i passed an elise..hehae.. ...trip home..all seems ok...forgot to look at the water temp gauge, and nex tthing i know, something smells likepopcorn...SH!T...smoke from engine tells me its bad. jus out of campbeltown and ther i am..side of road..bonnet up..and the car wont start. i get in so much poop coz family is havning a party at home and i was sup 2 b ther 3hrs ago... the car is towed home...and i still duno WTF happend. my firends come out to see wat happnd..and they jokne. "looks like this is a bad year.." coz his brother had his car towed home first a few months back, then him a lil while after, and now me. so now i need help people..what do i do from here. i'm only looking to spend $5000 max. i know it not much, but what should i do? replacement engine? new gaskets and forgies? i need ideas and estimate prices as well. im from western suburbs so havea a few garagaes around, but im strappd atm, so will work my way to get it fixed. so far it works to be about 3months of all work and no play.

sorry but i must say this year's final was a let down for me. too many riced up cars, and many of those that were truley worthy of being ther just didnt get the attention or appraisal they deserved.............what happened to show stoppers such as MYHOW 200sx of PETIR celica? i mean...the AMUSE S2K was AWESOME!!! but yea..coulda have done better though i guess.. must hand it to the sydney autosalon event rather than the final battle this year...

haha...i have an r33 with the same problem.....wat u can do is be smart and buy some corner brackets (those 90 degree thingos from bunnings) and jus screw it in2 ur floor....ordo wat i do...backseat...and belt it up.hahahaha
