    Loosing my licence has dropped my fuel bill to nothing. Quite effective. Putting around at 3grand won't hurt the the car, uses bugger all fuel that way, just make sure you give her some loving to clear the cobwebs out now and then. As for changing gears, it depends on your mods and when your power/torque starts to drop off. Squizz.
