    I installed a Walbro into the gtr but retained the "stock sock" and it's hasn't missed a beat. The walbro sock is stupidly small and I wouldn't have used it in the first place.

    Check the actuator on the turbo. Make sure it is not siezed or fouled on the dump pipe or anything similar.

    I didn't bother fitting them when I turboed my NA motor. No real need.

    There are no oil squirters in the NA block and you need to replace one of the bungs in the side with the line fitting off the turbo block.

    And I am saying that they are not. RB20/25/30 are all T3 Flange, GTR's are different. GTR's have the T25/28 exhaust flange.

    GTR's are not T3. I am wanting to keep the GTR exhaust housing and mate it to the SR20 carriage and front half. So yes swapping the housing will fix the problem as I'm basically using an SR20 turbo with a GTR exhaust housing. A bit clearer?

    Can you take an SR20 Turbo, swap the rear housing with a GTR one and bolt it back onto a GTR. Obviously for both turbos, before someone says something silly. Thanks.

    Old dyno run of said turbos. My car runs a 12.4 but only has 2/3 the power these things make, would you be interested in Layby or perhaps trading a kidney?...
