I saw a new camry as an unmarked cop car the other day, freaked me out. I was following it on the Centenary when it pulled over a VN. I was like, naahhhhh, yeeaaahhhhh???? Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaark. It was that trippy light blue with the goldy pearl through it. -
As the R is coming apart on the weekend and the dumps are more than likely to come off, is there any gain to be had swapping my R32 dumps for a set off R33 dumps that are lying on the floor collecting dust? Obviously you wouldn't go out of your way to do this but if they are coming off anyway and they are just lying around is it worth it? Are they any different at all? Squizz.

Certainly can, I've seen some with a normal flange, a spacer (used to attach the gate) and then the different flange. No good for a GTR though as we have two separate manifolds and the flanges face different ways to the 20/25 manifolds.

Go "log-style" for the manifold and a second hand gate. I can feel another project tight-ass coming on!

I don't actually have a Canter turbo, just that finding a cheap (read: free) small diesel truck turbo is easy as pie. Manifold and wastegate would be the expensive bit...

I am far to bored and upset with my car for sensible discussion so I'll put htis idea foward instead... There has been many a discussion on Trust turbos being a glorified (or in some cases not even glorified) truck turbos. So, can you take 1 x Canter turbo and add 1 x RB26DETT and make decent power? That is the question I put to you all...
