yeah 18's and +38 is probably a little too high for stock springs and shocks you might want to consider buying some stiffer ones -

yeah i dont see why it wouldnt fit, the chassis is basically the same as a 2 door with just another door added in to get into the back maybe get this bloke to get some measurements to see if it will mount like the one above GTS4WD
