If you can get a HKS2535 with the correct dump pipe and lines for $1400 then that's the way to go for a Rb25. Good for 250kw and easy to drive

I was running a hks 2535 and as its only rated to 340hp (I did to get up to 370hp on dyno but tuned it back to 340hp) I think the other mods your are conisidering are an overkill for that turbo. I have 555 injectors, Walbro Fuel pump, Custom dump with 3" cat and exhaust, Adjustable exhaust cam gear, Pod filter, Front mount intercooler, and PowerFC + Boostcontroller running 1.2. Aftermarket Plenum only starts to help once you hit big HP 400+. It will not help at all with this turbo. I have tried one and it made no power diffrence. Other peoples opinions on this would be a good idea but this was my experience. Once you go over 400hp you need to start doing internal work to the motor so a hks2535 @ 340hp is a safe number for a daily driver.

Needs body repairs / paint finishing Has attessa controller so can be 2wd for drifting or 4wd for drag / track Guess it will need a full service and check over as it has not been used for over 2 years and last time was driven any distance was 1 year ago (40km Brisbane to Ipswich) Went fine at that time.

Default tune for stock engine with boost up, exhaust, pod filter. Can be seen running / test driven if your in Brisbane

The 1st one (Black one for $10k) is mine. Its going into the panel shop this week to get all the little scrapes etc fixed, and GTR style front grill fitted so should be mint next week. Will be adjusting the price to $10500. If you really need 200kw I have a Series 2 GCG high flow garret Turbo, 3.5" front pipe and dump pipe to full Apexi 3" Exhaust, new front mount intercooler, and Mines Computer that I can fit. That should put it at 200rwkw+ $13000 with all that stuff fitted, and dynotuned The car already has Coilovers, HKS Boost controller, etc so will be a good package

If using an aftermarket steering wheels it no problem as there are spacer kits that bolt between the wheel and boss kit available in many sizes. I just got myself one for my car. cant see how you will do it with standard.
