Hey DiRTgarage, I'm not entirely sure if it was you but a couple of years ago were you at autosalon final battle just heading out of the security gate, because if it was you i was the guy who said "Nice car man!", and took a video of it with my fone lol. Btw where did you get the clear front indicators from, because i just got my '94 R32 GTR as a 18th pressy and have abit of money to spare and am wanting them very much so.. i'd appreciate if you could lend me a hand on where to get them i would even buy yours :P . no chance mate. assuming a 21yo, in sydney, with 20%NCB you will be paying anywhere from $3500 to nearly $5000 per annum. not a chance a 21yo could insure an R32GTR in sydney for $2K. if so please tell me where and I'll insure mine with them too. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There is actually a very big chance as i just turned 18 yesterday and rang Just Cars for insurance on a R32 GTR 1994 that im getting next week and they quoted me only $3756 but $2000 excess with 30% NCB, when i was 17 it would of been $4300 with 20% NCB.. so i believe that he pays 2k for it, plus im in sydney aswell Ahhhhh i'm soooo excited!!!!!!! Only in america that would happen, as you can see that it's left hand driven .. but asif that would prove anything the owner is just gonna get it fixed or replaced with a new one and he is all happy again and plus i'm guessing he gets to keep the woman .. so it's all plus plus for him, as for the dude that done the damage, just 5 words is all i need to say.. Hey i just rang up just cars and got quoted on a R32 GTR 1994 model, I'm 18 in 2 days and with a 30% NCB (Parents are insured with AAMI), no previous insurance, no accident hist. Premium while i am 17 is: $4300 (20% NCB) once i turn 18 it is only $3756 (30% NCB) (IM SOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ) Excess: $2000 Agreed Value $22,500 Ahhh Just Cars is the way to go i havn't got a quote from any other companies because the fact that soo many people are having problems with them, some people are only complaining about Just Cars because of the price, they have not had any bad feedback on them have they!?!? Make a smart choice, make the right choice, just go, Just Cars

Ohh coolz, if i have my car in time i might tag along .. Just waiting on insurance money :@ the bastards take so long. But yeh if its here i wouldn't mind a first formal cruise.

For me it's not that expensive considering i want a GTR, only because idiots on the road make the insurance go higher because of their constant accidents and insurance jobs that they do, and i know one of them. No that is not true, if you got your license before July 11th then you can drive turbo and have no restrictions but if you got your license after that date then your restricted to no turbo and some other types of cars. I got my Ps in very late january and i'm all fine, no restrictions what so ever .

Hehe, insurance at our age will always be expensive unless your dad owns an insurance company lol.. but aparts from that for my insurance i'll be paying about $4000-$4,500, but it's worth it because if you really want a turbo car then you have to be prepared to pay otherwise your not gonna be happy especially with petrol prices soaring but none of that is going to stop me getting my dream car.

Hehe yeahh pretty similar we are.. the buying process can take about couple of weeks not a couple of months.. your mum is just trying to turn you off buying a car trust me, my mum would do the same but it's not workin lol.. Rego for me on an R32 GTR will cost about $600 i think not positive, the owner will know what to do and would tell you how to do it, if not do it himself to put the rego into your name if it comes with it already.. But yeah if you have the money for the car then you can have the car within 2 weeks. P.S. Before you buy the car get it inspected!! and if you can get the engine compression tested at a performance workshop?? to make sure everything is running good and it wont blow on you!!

Hehe thanks mate, good luck to you aswell .. i only have 2 more exams left and then i am finished FOREVER !!!!!, sorry to hear that your parents aren't helping you out ay my parents are only helping me because i can work for them and pay that way, but wog parents are REALLY hard to convince to get a good car, my mum is still saying to me why don't i get a brand new car for the price of the R32 GTR, and also says why would you want to pay that much for a 15 year old car <_< .. i told her that it only has 70,000kms on the clock and she reckons thats way to much :\, my dad is all kool with it though .. so i'm in abit of a ditch at the moment but i'm sure i'll get out of it. This is natural with wog parents, especially greek ones ay it's annoying because it might get sold before i even go and look at it which is on saturday .

I heard that a stock looking R32 GTR in silver ran a 12.5 .. i know nothing special but is it possible for a R32 GTR with just exhaust and pods to run this time?

In my case i didn't do that.. the car i drove around which was my mums spare car a 91' lancer (piece of crap) got stolen :S .. and now i have nothing to get around in so i am in desperate need of a car and all i done was suggested a Skyline GTR to my parents and all they said was we'll see.. and it is my b'day upcoming within 1 month so you see the connection there. I'm not a guy that begs either it's childish, just ask and receive the immediate answer is all that happens for me, i suppose i was just lucky enough for my parents to agree to it although they do know i love Skylines as i have mentioned them before but never raved about the car to them.

Yeah my best mate is coming with me he and i both know what to look out for, but the owner has offered to take it to rigoli (Which is my best friends uncle !!!) and get it checked out and tested etc..

Ohh don't worry man i have to pay them BACK in full, not that i mind, i just can't wait till everything is payed off and its completely mine .. i think i'm going sometime this week to put a deposit on it though i hope it's not a lemon even though it is relatively stock, only exhaust and pods which is good for because cheaper on insurance

The lower the pressure the more grip the tyres can handle as the tyre flattens itself out more obviously which is tops for those heavy starts .. Paul run the pressure that you stated "26psi"

Im in yr 12 man only 3 more exams left .. and no my parents aren't paying insurance i work for them at their takeaway shop .. so technically they are paying for it but i earned it, so yeah.. as for the dude with the R34 GTR or R33 GTR.. why did you say to go for manual when ALL GTR's come manual lol.. sorry just had to clear that up lolz. :lol: Edit: And yes i can do it up, i got my P's in very late january and i have no restrictions. Hey from what i have heard.. its the last wednesday of every month, but thats just what i have heard im not positive..

I'm in the market for an R32 GTR and have my eyes directed to a nice stocky with just pod filters and an exhaust.. insurance might be about $4,500, but i don't mind it's a Skyline so it's worth it ehh, besides how many red P platers do you see in a GTR? lol.. we are just unique .. even though im pretty much getting mine as an 18th b'day present i can't wait

An M's ETS is one of those constant controllers i think e.g. 20% front and 80% rear at all times.. it may be the same as the HKS item?? but aren't the HKS ones very hard to get a hold of?
