I've got the same diff as you in my 32 and its a clunky backlashy POS...I've changed the oil twice with Castrol SAF-XA and its gotten considerably better...but it doesn't last long...after a few weeks the clunkyness gets worse again...the most recent oil change i've changed i went to Penrite Limslip and it was noticeably quieter than with the SAF-Xa...Try giving that stuff a go...
Rolling the guards will cause cracking...how much it will crack will depend on the condition of the paint and how skilled the guard roller is...and heating the crap out of the guard helps too...
Paying for a tune for 95 octane when theres 98 available is a waste of time and money...get some 98 octane in there and retune it...it results are still unsatisfactory then you can look at other issues...

Nice numbers...i only said 250-270kw as a rough guide but its good to see they can be pushed so far...are you sure they clip straight on though? because i had to trim the keyways off the injector to get the connectors on...i believe many others here have done it too...resistor pack was needed as well....

And bubba is right...power will be lower as the r32 turbo is smaller and flows less...and it will choke alot quicker than a r33 turbo...i think what you are trying to say is boost response is better...
Common upgrade would be GTR 440cc injectors...the will fit with abit of trimming on the connector and you will need a resistor pack from a GTR too...they would support numbers around the 250-270kw range comfotably...maybe abit more...
