  1. Thanks buddy, will do. I think that place is around the corner from my house!
  2. D'oh! Thats ok, I can get one new for $477.
  3. Save the hassle of working it out and just sell it to me!
  4. When you consider how easily the RB20 pumps out more power, you shouldn't be put off by the stock figures. From the replies I've got, it seems that full turbo-back 3" exhaust, pod filter intake and front mount gets you up to around 160rwkw, which is a HUGE improvement on stock. And when you bear in mind that a stock 32 manages 0-100 in around 7s and the quarter mile in 15s, it's a lot easier to go a lot quicker! My 2 cents anyway.
  5. Any help is appreciated. I was thinking I might duck into the Autobarn here and see if they can recommend anyone. No offence, but I don't want the guys at Autobarn working on my car, they're a bit too import crazy! Then again, they might be great mechanics and I just don't know it. Either way, thanks for looking.
  6. Well I just changed my battery and I reckon I gained 15rwkw, it's a monster!
  7. How do you install a Walbro 255L/Hr fuel pump in an R32 GTS-T? Do they come with instructions, or do you need to get a professional garage to install them? I live in Mildura, so finding a pro garage might be a bit of a drama! Thanks, Adrian.
  8. Interested in the pump with delivery for $179. Let me know if you've still got em, and what's involved in installation in an r32 gts-t. I'll probably have to get someone else to fit it, as I'm mechanically useless! Thanks, Adrian.
  9. Hey all, I just put a new battery in my car and now it goes a lot harder. Definitely noticebale, no doubt about it. I'm just wondering if a battery can make such a difference. I've got an Apexi Turbo Timer (pen style), and it used to read volts around 12.5-13.0. Now it's reading more like 13.5 Could that explain it? I'm also worried, as my Apexi timer shows the air:fuel ratio as hitting 20.0 if I go WOT then back of the gas completely for a few seconds. Is this normal, or does it mean I'm running lean? On WOT, the air:fuel ratio hangs around 10 to 11. Thanks.
  10. Thinking I might just get one of those ARC SMIC's. There's a used one on eBay for around $400. As for dump pipe, I'm looking at the justjap dump and front mild steel one. I figure if I get that dump pipe with ARC SMIC, should be more than enough to get around 160rwkw with high flow cat, catback exhaust, fuel pump and sports intake filter. Will try to avoid ECU and Boost Controller, unless I need to.
  11. Is it worth the extra $70 to get the polished one? Won't mild steel rust? I'll have to check out justjap. Thanks.
  12. How much for the Type 2 Intercooler Kit to suit R32 GTS-T with delivery to Mildura, Victoria 3500? Also, what's involved in terms of installation? I know it's not a simple bolt-on item, as the front bar needs to be cut into and I've even heard that the battery needs to be relocated. I've got a huge battery, so I won't be able to turn it or anything to allow the intercooler pipe to go through. Might have to get a SMIC... see how I go. Thanks, Adrian.
  13. An intercooler gives you 0rwkw? Doesn't it cool down intake temp, making more power??? Correct me if I'm wrong, please!
  14. True, but at the same time, you have to look at it as $200 for around 10rwkw, which works out to around $20 per rwkw. I guess a front mount intercooler kit is around $500 and only offers a gain of around 15rwkw. That's around $35 per rwkw, so I guess this is even better value for money. Guess I gotta do it! Thanks.
  15. Fair enough, I guess I spent $160 on the high flow cat, and thats only good for around 10rwkw, so it probably does work out. That just means I'll have to hold out for a while longer. Maybe I should get fuel pump first.
  16. Which ECU are you using? I've got a fuel pump and front mount intercooler in mind, it's just a matter of arranging an ECU. I've heard mixed things about Dr Drift. Thanks, Adrian.
  17. Hey guys, I'm asking for your help (once again), this time with the front and dump pipe set-ups available. I noticed the Flying Performance and X-Force ones on eBay are around 250 delivered, whereas the Batmobile Split dump ones are around 470 delivered. While I admit that the BTMBL ones give out more power, it's only around an additional 5-10rwkw. When you consider it's an extra $200 on top of a Flying Performance / X-Force style front and dump, I'm not sure if it's good value for money. No offence to Mr. BTMBL, I'm sure for people that want to squeeze every last kilowatt, it's really good. But I'm thinking that the $200 I'll save by getting a cheaper dump and front pipe allows for a fuel pump, and that's probably a better use of the money for me. Just asking if you all think that the BTMBL dump and front is worth the extra cash, or should I just get the X-Force style one and put the spare money towards other parts. Let me know! Thanks, Adrian.
  18. Sounds good. I'll have to make a fuel pump and front mount my next two purchases then. I'll let you know how much boost it runs when it's all installed. Who would I go to, to get fuel pump installed and car running properly with the whole set-up? Or do you just plug it in and it works?
  19. I won the bid on the cat! $160 delivered isn't too bad, considering it should be direct fit on skyline. To see the item: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1 Will also get a 3" front pipe and dump pipe in one, just not sure which one? X-Force or Flying Performance? Either way I'm looking at around $250 delivered.
  20. Just wondering if a high flow cat is worth the money. Is there much improvement?
  21. Well, is ANYONE selling one of these that's still brand new? If so, PM me or e-mail on [email protected] If not, I guess I'll have to grab one off of ebay Adrian.
  22. PM Sent. Time for more boost!!!
  23. Heya all, I just found this place, called "Advanced Automotive Services". Has anyone heard of them or dealt with them? As you can appreciate, I don't wanna take my 32 to just anyone! Thanks, Adrian.
  24. Right, so here's how it's looking: STAGE ONE Front Pipe, High Flow Cat and Catback Exhaust with Air Filter Insert @ 7psi. STAGE TWO Fuel Pump and Pressure Regulator with Turbotech Boost Controller @ 9psi. STAGE THREE Front Mount Intercooler and ECU dyno tuning @ 12psi. I should be able to sort that out soon enough, but have to get my 32 serviced and make sure it's running right first (especially with regard to running lean). If anyone can recommend a good garage in Mildura (Vic) for tuning and servicing my 32, would be much appreciated. Thanks, Adrian.
  25. Heya all, Does anyone know a good place in Mildura to get my 32 service and tuned? I'm looking to do the usual (front pipe, cat, front mount, fuel pump and pressure regulator, ecu tune), and want to find someone around here who can do all of the above. I know there's an Autobarn here, but I'd much rather go to a tuning garage, if there is one here. If not, I gotta wait til I head down to Adelaide on a weekend. Thanks, Adrian.
