  1. ^^ agree....just need the 30de bottom-end and E85 would be sweet
  2. ^^ I'd agree coming from a technical/Engineering background..... but it's a proven formula on many an application.... and never had issues with chassis strength/engine mounts to date.....
  3. ^^ what he said. If you managed to get a Type-M you can keep the front brakes, but it won't cost all that much for a set of R33 front's anyhow.
  4. From experience Rb25 into the R32 with the Rb25 gearbox is the go (unless you buy a GT-R). 300rwkw can be easy target, and more so with E85 available if you want to go that direction. Currently sitting on just over 320rwkw with BP98 on 18psi, so definitely achievable, just got to have the supporting mods and decent tune. All depends on how far you want to go with it and the application (as noted above)
  5. ^^ Was great to see you out there mate! Along with the other guys!
  6. Good work Jenk's with the 1:14:5xx, was great to see! Good to see Matty's GT-R in person, even if it was on the trailer (cheers for the offer to help also if required). Was a good day and the weather was great! Along with the SAU crew who turned up
  7. Interested, but won't be able to make it as have footy on that day
  8. ^^ Someone changes their rims....Look like Enkei light-weight Good to see 3 skylines in the same pic
  9. Was hanging out to do this, got some Nitto's off MattR not long ago but just have too much and have the Time-Attack coming up on the 11th June (pending weather) - and a little weary with the gearbox/drive-train prior hence had to make late decision to miss it plus it got shifted from original date which was the killer... but great time and that is a good reaction time as many have noted! Can hardly wait till the next one!
  10. ^ nice clean R33 there! What time did you end up getting, was that the past Saturday drags? ...edit: Just seen your signature, nice work!
  11. Few cars tonight amongst the Hills/Blackwood - Dark colored R33 on Clarendon-Blackwood road, R31 doing donut/burnout up on the North/South Summit intersection near the pub (lucky didn't get your number plate), R32 GT-R (Silver) near Hove area on Lonsdale Highway headed towards Bay.
  12. ^ you are correct, just to prove if you're pulled over you don't have a stolen engine inside the bay and the papers for the Motor Department match what you have.
  13. RB25DET into R32 is fine, as long as you carry the brakes across from the R33 unless you have M-Type of the R32 gtst. Depends on who you get.
  14. The GT3's 2WD in street class?
  15. Not stolen (I Hope) - where we park when all the parks at our business (adjacent to the Switchyard) when clients are in for meetings and car spaces run out. Sometimes you'll see upto 6 cars crammed into that little space lol. Good spot!
  16. Entry forms should be in by weeks end.....once back from WA
  17. Can anyone enter (i.e. just fill out the forms?). Might have to get in contact and get some ideas, sounds like fun
  18. what would be the average times in the 'street class', if there's such a thing? Is there a link somewhere to previous results?
  19. Jenkies at the Open Track day at Lala yesterday
  20. Will this fit onto RB25DET direct or alterations required? Got Stock RB25 Manual and looking at options
  21. I was really on highway patrol lol 'Was' going to head through the hills...obviously didn't progress.... In regards to that stolen R33, any chance it was seen down Lonsdale Highway/Brighton Road? Seen something very similar to that while on the way to the workshop this afternoon about 1:30pm
  22. Ahhhh that makes sense! Was with a chick friend and we looked at each other and weren't sure if you were waving at us or someone behind us (looked around like meerkats behind us). Cheers mate Hope you guys had a goodnight, we were there till about 2:45am 'chatting'
  23. ^^ Entering any Rally events in the near future? (nice shot btw)
