  1. Nice work on the hot lap! I would have done the same Cheers
  2. That's that crazy V8 4wd thing? Heard there was one crash (Datto or something?). Did the gold R32 GTR run?
  3. What times did anyone get here on the Saturday? Stuck in WA so couldn't make it
  4. Spotted few today before heading off to WA. Black R33 on Morphett Road, blonde haired chick. Silver R34 GT-T on Morphett Road in the afternoon heading towards Marion.
  5. ....think I'm going to steel my dad's GT-R on the day and try to 'follow', don't think the 32 GTS-t is going to be either setup or have enough power to keep-up lol. In saying that John, isn't the general rule in most track-days is to 'stick to your line, and let them over-take you?'. Just remember a certain BMW and Porsche incident few years back at a KPM race day when that didn't happen.
  6. Spotted a few imports at the base of the Mt Lofty road round-about just off the freeway around 1:30am
  7. If I asked nicely will he allow a passenger....
  8. White Rims or white R32? I was in a white R32 also parked backwards. Was talking with a friend observing the scenery for about 30 minutes
  9. Spotted few skylines up at Lofty's tonight. White R34 (number plate RAW R34?), white R33 with slight left-rear bumper damage, R32 with white rims....
  10. Those AMG cars sounded awesome, but someone has to tell me what the hell was in that Ferrari that lead most the race on Sunday! Thing flew down to that Senna Chicane like an F1 car! The GT40 thought it could fly....backwards into the barrier. Least the young lad is being taught at a young age
  11. R32 Gts-t (S1 RB25DET) FMIC CP Pistons ARP Head studs Sard 555 injectors Splitfire Coils High-flow RB25 Turbo with 3076 internals (internal gate) R32 ECU with Nistune Bosch 044 Greddy EBC Factory intake and exhaust manifolds 3.5" Exhaust with high-flow cat 311.1kw @ 18psi on BP98
  12. Spotted Silver/Grey R33 on Morphett Road passing Marion Aquatic centre. Also black stag around the Morphettville area, both at Macca's and the Morphett Arm's bottle-O.
  13. That's a nice rear-end on that Ferrari....
  14. Is it just the 2 rims for the rear? (seeming have Gts-t) How much you looking at? btw are they street legal or mainly for strip?
  15. Cheers Matt. Remember going to watch before AIR was originally closed and loved it, just didn't have a decent car back then to take down the strip. But hope to do a few easy runs and not kill the gearbox and get use to it all. Look forward to seeing some other lines there
  16. When it's 1/4 mile will give it a go, will be my first time on the strip so anything quicker than stock time for R32 gts-t will make me happy. But I'll wait till it happens...
  17. Manage to see what wheels that white R32 GTR had? Incase it was that missing one... only say that because when my 32 was stolen they did it using a tow-truck, but caught them around the corner trying to load it! (few years back now)
  18. Few lines at the AIR drags yesterday. Purple R33 GT-R with gold Volks Rims, Silver/grey R34 GT-T, Dark Green R33 Gts-t, and couple on the track - R31's.
  19. Cheers for answering the burn-out query, makes sense now. Was talking to the guy prior to lining up and wanted to see how it went... it smokes well...lol. Yeh, that Blue Chaser/Soarer shot off the line like a bat out of hell! Pretty happy didn't put my 32 in there, seeming how those other imports went with traction and no mickey's on the back.... Good day either way
  20. Would agree, had a chat with him and his fuel system was leaning out on anything near 28psi when they did the tune during the week. They set it at 26psi until he gets the pumps replaced with something better. But the launches do need some work. Did you see that blue VL? Ended with (I think, not 100% sure) 6.26 near the end of the day. That Blue Chaser or whatever it was ran a 5.xx run, that was bloody quick! Only downer was that guy getting tossed out after that awesome burnout. I don't know the rules myself regarding burn-outs, but if the crowd are happy can't see why they kicked him out. That Evo was quick once it got a decent launch near the end of the day. Plenty of nice, loud, body shaking 8's! Pretty good day besides the Lobster look I now inherit...
  21. Stupid question - but will those brakes fit under 18" Rims on an R32 GTS-T?
  22. Had similar problem myself while back, ended up being the stock coil's (identical situation). Thought it was a bad-batch of fuel, emptied the tank...re-fueled and still had same problem. Changed to Splitfires and not a problem since. When the engine has been running a while the coil's heat up, hair-line gaps form (that you can't see when the engine/packs are cool) - that was my problem (there are a few threads to fix this). Alternatively can be the AFM.
  23. 297.2kW @ 18psi dropping to 17psi, BP UL98. Will run higher psi after next step of mods. Stock Manifold Retuned ECU Bosch 044 Pump FMIC 555cc injectors Splitfire coils EBC RB25 High-flowed turbo with Garret internals (similar to 3076, Internal Wastegage, Low-mount) N1 Water Pump
  24. Spotted white R32 GT-R at round-about in Hove, cheers for the wave
  25. That I'll have to find out but know it isn't a hypergear. There is a company that a few of the tuners/workshops here in Adelaide use, just got to find out the name (something similiar to GCG or ATS or the likes). They send the RB25 turbo to the company and then get it back 3-4 days later.
